So sorry about that! The results are emailed directly from the lab to the customer for privacy reasons and for whatever reason they often go to to spam. Can you check there? Would be something from Pure Air Controls. That said, I will request that they resend those results!

“Bought the Air Dog X8. Showed up, box was damaged, still plugged it in and ran it, fans make noises and the top filter was ripped on the bottom when I checked to see if anything was wrong. Tried to call and email AirPurifersandcleaners.com no answer, sent 2 email messages, no reply. So I paid $900 for an air purifier that doesn’t work properly. All I wanted was a replacement but I can tell you never to buy from this company. Buy from air dog themselves, I’m sure my problem would be handled much differently.”
