“I was scammed over €999,000 by someone I met online on a fake investment project. “Has supported us in making international payments at much lower costs than through Credt Suisse our Bank in Switzerland - we have units and suppliers around the world and the charges paid previously were excessive Only issue - is the methods to load funds to the Airwallex were changed recently and not clearly communicated - we had made transfers to add funds to the account which were returned and this has caused frustration on our side - so make sure you communicate such issues clearly to the client in the future”

“It was initially a little difficult to get the ball rolling. We were asked to supply details when creating an account (which is totally reasonable). However, we are a brand new business and do not have a traditional bank account, and are opening up one of our first accounts with you directly. This made supplying additional documents to create an account with you more difficult, as things like bills and invoices were unavailable because we don't have a bank yet! Airwallex may want to consider the kinds of documents that they require for verification purposes for new businesses who are opening their first account with them, rather than another bank or financial institution. Once we got set up, Jayd took us through the platform and was very helpful and informative. He took us through the user interface, explained the different concepts, answered our questions, and got us going in no time. Thanks Jayd!”
