"ajio is worst online shopping app... they delivered damaged and defective product... and when u rise return and request then they simply said that product was delivered u in good condition.. ( i also attached the response given by ajio care and also attached image..) as well as they not allow customer to open product in front of delivery boy.. i ordered one top and top one sleeves completely damaged.. and i rise refund and return request many times but unfortunately they refused to refund or replace that product... such a embarrassing situation for me... i request many time and also called many time to customer care... but no positive solution given by them.. they never trust on their customer.. \r\none think i suggest that whenever delivery boy deliver any product then please make sure that items should be open in front of customer..."

“very bad aap for online shopping. Because I bought a product from your app or paid for it in cash or online but the online payment has not yet reached your account, that's what you say but it is showing as settled in my phone pay app.”

“I had made an order for shoes while ordering the app showed a deliver date of 19 Oct 23 and after payment I received a different promise delivery date of 21 oct . It is complete Miss commitment and fraud with consumers . I would request consumer not to order any urgent product from Ajio app as they are frauding customer this way.”

“Worst refund policy ... i odered something on sep 16 and returned on 23 sep., after that they takes 16 days for quality check now they saying that we initiate refund on 8th oct but today is 18th of oct ...but i can't get my refund of rs .1817 back ... now they wants me to go my bank and then send them my one month passbook entry data ...... i have myntra , amazon and many others shopping apps ,, but Ajio is a worst or worst they makes thr coustmer unhappy or troubles them ... once i get my refund back i uninstalled Ajio with in a sec. never trust them”

“I had ordered 2 jeans on 18th August 2023 with order ID - FN8964406903 from Ajio.com. The order was delivered on 24th of Aug with a cover which looks non-tampered and not damaged. I opened the cover the next day and realised that the product inside the cover is not my order. Instead of 2 jeans, it contains 1 boy’s shirt (Pink colour attached). I was initiated a return request after 2 days because sometimes the delivery boy come again and handover the actual package I experienced from Amazon and Flipkart. So, since Aug 28th I had raised couple of complaints due to wrong item delivered. But the customer care people / Ajio team not listening and saying like they delivered correct product but actually not and closing the complaints without any resolution. I requested them to track using Bar Codes on labels and track their inventory that the jeans pants are really delivered or not? I fed-up with them while communicating through Chat and Emails. Please consider my request and initiate a tracking ticket again that where are my ordered jeans and who’s order I received? Payment made through ICICI Bank Credit Card Date: 18-08-2023 Amount – 1378.20 Transaction Number - 7943143339”

“The Ajio app and Customer Care are the worst. I have been facing a return pick-up issue. There is no progress and update every time they make the fake attempt for pick up and later say the product was picked up on hold for the past 1 month I have generated 3 returns IDs and more than 12 messages I got for pickup but not even once the pickup attempt is made and my 6k is with the ajio app. They are not even taking back the product not even returning my money. I generated a return the very next day after the product was received. REGRET SHOPPING FROM AJIO. RECOMMEND THAT PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHILE SHOPPING FROM AJIO. THEY JUST MAKE FOOL OUT OF YOU. SHOPPING FROM AJIO IS LIKE SUFFERING”

“Never order from AJIO. Worst experience I had. MYNTRA is far better than AJIO. If you wanted to return something back, they promise you that the product will be returned on time through messages, but they never come for pick up. So, be aware of these fraudulent activities. MYNTRA is trustworthy not AJIO.”

“AJIO had come up witu a new policy to increase their profit margin first they charge heavy cod charges so that people do online payment then they deliver any 1 cheap item in a big but outside the will put details of your order. Later when u will complain they will not reply nor enquire. then one day they will wake up and send you that we have delivered your goods and we are closing the complaint. Fun fact: i opened the package in front of the delivery guy and even have camera recording. they dont trust their delivery guys they dont have a sound sytem to cross check at their warehouse. pathetic service. beware of the scam. dont purchase from such an online platform”

“Hi, few days back I requested the return of my order, The delivery boy successfully picked up my return and it has passed quality confirmation as well which I got notified via text message. Now the return updates are not reflecting on my Ajio app and I haven't received any refund for the same order. Please let me know by when I will get the refund and also reflect the details on my Ajio app so that I can have a track of that.”

“I had generated my return request for order id FN9723400902 for all 7 products. Ajio had notified me that courier will be take away & no one came for picked up. I had registered complaint for so many times, but no one had solved it, everyone is just giving excuse that it would be pick up. Last time i had called on 6th sep, 2019, the customer care employee told me that she is cancelling my return request from there & had to call on ajio customer care on 9th sep & return request would be generated again & it would be pick up after that. Then today I had called on ajio care, Riya employee from customer care told me that now my products won't be return. Even i had told her to get transfer call to senior executive, but she didn't do that. I was suffered so much due to Ajio's service. Everyone is giving just excuses. You can not give proper solution, then don't give return options either. You are wasting people's time & money by doing this. Ajio had cheated me.”

“Very worst experience shopping on AJIO.COM, I insists and request the people to never shop with ajio because 1. They never deliver in time 2. They don't allow us to cancel the delayed shipment. 3. I booked the shoe on 5th Aug but the date of delivery changed 4times but not delivered even after 18 days 4. Even after raising the complaint they ask us to wait for one week time to deliver 5. Poor customer care response I suggest the people not to shop on ajio.com it's waste of money, time and loss of patience I wish to give 0 rating in all but option is not there Thank you”

“AJIO is such a huge fake e commerce website. They only make fool to customers by making fake discounts on their website when customer orders on discounted price they deny and cancel the product from their own. After all their customer support team is such a headache they have learned only one line, we can't help you after cancellation of the product. “I recently ordered a pair of white Nike shoes from Ajio and they delivered the pink colour shoes which is different from what I have ordered. I am trying from 2 weeks to return this wrong product but they are declining my return request. Already made 3 return request. This is a matter of money and time. I have spent 5000 bucks on something and now they are not taking the wrong product back. Will never shop again from Ajio.”
