“I placed a large order (for two different gifts)on December 11 and have received zero communication about my order other than a confirmation they got it. Christmas has come and gone, and I cannot get a hold of anyone at Alabaster to tell me where my order is.”
“I’m honestly very disappointed that communication about my orders happen until I reached out asking why they hadn’t arrived yet. Being proactive about items that aren’t in stock, is important at any time of year, but especially at Christmas. I’m sad that we were able to gift what we intended, because I was told 5 days before Christmas that my orders could not ship as part of my orders was out of stock. That is a business inconvenience. You should reach out to the customer about, not wait for the customer to ask you about.
I asked to ensure that my items arrived by Christmas, and here we are on December 26, and half of my order has still not arrived. It’s very disappointing when I did everything that I needed to get it delivered on time, and your lack of ability to notify people about out of stock items hurt our Christmas experience.
Please work on this in the future. We love your company, and love the product you create, but this definitely hinders my wanting to purchase more.”
