“Your product is beautiful and I like it very much. For whatever reason I received the order twice and was charged twice! When I saw my bank statement I was really confused because I had not received the product yet. I tried contacting you but no phone number was listed anywhere. I called my banks fraud department and talked to them. They definitely have ways to contact them. They said in their system there are several instances where people have accused your company as having fraudulent practices. They told me to email your company requesting the charges to be reversed. I assume that I will have to pay shipping charges now.
I really hoped that this would be as I expected because I am bedridden a lot of the time with a terminal cancer. I sent an email to y’all about 4 or 5 days ago and have not had any response to it!”

“unfortunately I have no luck when ordering with this xompany the first time I ordered the wrong Bible and the second time I wanted to order the series of women of the Bible and unfortunately I thought it was more scripture passages and when I got it realized it was definitely a Bible study I was looking for something more of reading actual scriptures from the Bible. It was my mistake but unfortunately will probably seek out other companies that have easy to read scriptures from the bible. They were gracious enough to give me a store credit on my first mistake.”
“Order was not right and very dissatisfied with the whole thing. You didn’t send what I ordered and then charged me again to send the right one.

“I accidentally ordered this but it was the wrong product. A few hours later, “Kim” at Alabaster responded and told me that I couldn’t cancel even though the order had not shipped. I would just have to accept it and return it later. I have been trying to return it but now they are not responding. I’m wondering how honest this Christian education company is?”
“I am 100% NOT SATISFIED. Before I purchased this Year in the Bible I reached out and specifically asked if it covered every single chapter in the Bible (because from the online preview I could tell it was not in order and was it was only a preview I couldn't tell), I was told it was but after receiving it I realized a few days later that it was a lie (I can't return it because I wrote my name in it as soon I received it. I AM SO UPSET THAT I WAS INTENTIONALLY LIED TOO. I have wasted my money on a product I cannot use (I had to spend even more money ordering one from Amazon). I will tell everyone I know not to purchase this product because you are not honest.”
“I ordered the spiral 52 week Year in the Bible and it showed that it was reading the Bible and answering questions but what I got was a tool to read an actual bible. I was very disappointed. Also the first one I ordered got lost in the mail and it took forever for someone to help me. Finally they listened and sent me a new one. My experience was not a good one and I will not be buying from this company again. You need to really make sure your customers realize what they are getting.”
“After seeing countless Instagram ads, I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase the hardcover book of Psalms as a coffee table display. However, I was quite disappointed upon receiving it. Despite the price, the book was much smaller than the typical size of a coffee table book, which was misleading based on the pictures.
Unfortunately, this reinforces why I rarely buy products from Christian companies…the images often look far better than what you actually receive. It’s disappointing that this experience turned out the same way.”
