“EDIT: customer service asked me to CHANGE my review solely because I returned it. That is so sketchy. The review is still how I feel and I will not be giving a better one just because I got a refund on this bad product. But now it gets a 1 star for being shady!
The book is visually pretty and that’s about it. There are no instructions on the confusing structure of the reading and there is no guidance for the different passages and how they relate to the first day’s reading. It’s very lackluster and feels empty inside. I sat for 10+ minutes trying to figure out the format and still didn’t get anywhere so I returned this. I’d be better off following a free guided reading online.”
“I wouldn't buy Alabaster's weird biblical books. My wife and I opened the books and saw dull pictures and words from the bible. It's best if one simply bought a leather Bible for 1/3 the cost from Amazon.”

“Cant tell you how disapointed I am in the delvery of the product. I purchsed 3 sets for my three daughters for Xmas. I was shocked to find the books all stuffed in 2 boxes in no real order. The box was clearly not strong enough fo thte number of books and was broken open on three sides exposing the books to the elements. It woudl ahve been nic eto have had them packaged professionally and in 3 separate boxes strong enough to protect them in shipping. Great idea and great product ruined by the final touches and delivery. thumbs down.”

“Your product is beautiful and I like it very much. For whatever reason I received the order twice and was charged twice! When I saw my bank statement I was really confused because I had not received the product yet. I tried contacting you but no phone number was listed anywhere. I called my banks fraud department and talked to them. They definitely have ways to contact them. They said in their system there are several instances where people have accused your company as having fraudulent practices. They told me to email your company requesting the charges to be reversed. I assume that I will have to pay shipping charges now.
I really hoped that this would be as I expected because I am bedridden a lot of the time with a terminal cancer. I sent an email to y’all about 4 or 5 days ago and have not had any response to it!”

“unfortunately I have no luck when ordering with this xompany the first time I ordered the wrong Bible and the second time I wanted to order the series of women of the Bible and unfortunately I thought it was more scripture passages and when I got it realized it was definitely a Bible study I was looking for something more of reading actual scriptures from the Bible. It was my mistake but unfortunately will probably seek out other companies that have easy to read scriptures from the bible. They were gracious enough to give me a store credit on my first mistake.”

I would just have to accept it and return it later. I have been trying to return it but now they are not responding. I’m wondering how honest this Christian education company is?”
