“I accidentally ordered this but it was the wrong product. A few hours later, “Kim” at Alabaster responded and told me that I couldn’t cancel even though the order had not shipped. I would just have to accept it and return it later. I have been trying to return it but now they are not responding. I’m wondering how honest this Christian education company is?”
“I am 100% NOT SATISFIED. Before I purchased this Year in the Bible I reached out and specifically asked if it covered every single chapter in the Bible (because from the online preview I could tell it was not in order and was it was only a preview I couldn't tell), I was told it was but after receiving it I realized a few days later that it was a lie (I can't return it because I wrote my name in it as soon I received it. I AM SO UPSET THAT I WAS INTENTIONALLY LIED TOO. I have wasted my money on a product I cannot use (I had to spend even more money ordering one from Amazon). I will tell everyone I know not to purchase this product because you are not honest.”
“I ordered the spiral 52 week Year in the Bible and it showed that it was reading the Bible and answering questions but what I got was a tool to read an actual bible. I was very disappointed. Also the first one I ordered got lost in the mail and it took forever for someone to help me. Finally they listened and sent me a new one. My experience was not a good one and I will not be buying from this company again. You need to really make sure your customers realize what they are getting.”
“After seeing countless Instagram ads, I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase the hardcover book of Psalms as a coffee table display. However, I was quite disappointed upon receiving it. Despite the price, the book was much smaller than the typical size of a coffee table book, which was misleading based on the pictures.
Unfortunately, this reinforces why I rarely buy products from Christian companies…the images often look far better than what you actually receive. It’s disappointing that this experience turned out the same way.”

“Do not order from them. Said shipping was 3 to 7 business days I ordered on the 4th of November and didn’t receive until the 23rd. I emailed the company asking what was going on never received a response so I wrote a email a 2nd time and explained how unhappy I was they finally responded with a sorry for the inconvenience and gave me no explanation as to why it was so late. I will never order with them again.”
“Book for some reason has a strange smell.
The covers front & back has a strange feel to them.
Don’t know what type of chemicals this publishing company used but it’s evident.
Also for $46 it is not worth the high cost.”

“I ordered the Good and Beautiful Bible Study Volume 1 as a Mother's Day gift, but it was received as junk. The pages were all wrong and crumpled, the cover was wrinkled, and the entire book was warped like a banana. The recipient was embarrassed because of the poor quality of the gift. I was embarrassed to send such a horrible gift. I reached out to Alabaster, sent 10+ images, and asked for a replacement but have not received any replacement, even though they said it would be sent and received BEFORE Mother's Day. Horrible quality and horrible service.”
“I communicated with alabaster co before ordering the complete Bible collection twice and I was assured twice after asking that the books included were hardcover books and every book that came in the collection was a softcover book. Great Bibles, bad customer service.”
