The pages were all wrong and crumpled, the cover was wrinkled, and the entire book was warped like a banana. The recipient was embarrassed because of the poor quality of the gift. I was embarrassed to send such a horrible gift. I reached out to Alabaster, sent 10+ images, and asked for a replacement but have not received any replacement, even though they said it would be sent and received BEFORE Mother's Day. Horrible quality and horrible service.”
