“We rented a SUV at the Manchester, NH airport. After driving up into Maine we discovered the 12 volt charging system wasn't working which we desperately needed for my husband's oxygen concentrator. Called and took it to the nearest Alamo which was in Bar Harbor,ME. James took care of us so efficiently. He and another employee moved all of our stuff, including my husband's scooter to a new SUV which was equipped with a 110 electrical system. No more low battery problem with the oxygen. James was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and got us out of there quickly. Cannot say enough about this young man. Great employee.”
“On our arrival at LGA our agent Natasha was extremely helpful. She made sure our rental experience was a great one and it was. The entire staff was wonderful. When we returned our car our agent was also fantastic. Great job Alamo!!!!”
“Ana AJ and Gabby
Were amazing at Alamo Key West Florida
Gabby was checking me in and by accident I gave her my 16 year old daughters license thinking it was me and it took her every which way to explain without her (basically saying you old lady) she handled it so well til I figured it and then we had the best laugh we made day and week and then met AJ and Anna who we met and explained the story and they told us where to go for a quick lunch and stop at spots amazing team you have and always smiling even with grumpy people they were super efficient
What an amazing team
Sorry I don’t have a video but we had a bright blue mustang and we were 3 blonde and looked amazing”
“Easy to rebook our needs literally at the last minute on-line. The Hyundi i130 was excellent for the amount of driving we did from Bilbao, through Basque Country, Logrono, final destination Valencia, about 1200++ Kms. A very comfortable drive. Drop off wasn't so easy as entry into Valencia train station drop off point not so well marked, however office staff very helpful - drop off spot at opposite end of complex to the office. After years of renting cars in Europe, we stupidly forgot to refuel, even though a small amount, we were given the opportunity to refuel or be charge.”
