"My two-year old Aleko awning had been baffled by wind causing the break in the left arm. Until last Fall I did not have a remote-controlled closure attached to bring the awning in when the wind got boisterous. I was glad to find that Aleko sells parts to their array of awnings, so I ordered the new arm and new material to bring back the beauty of my 13'x10' dark green awning. Now with the motorized closing system, I don't have to worry about damaging wind. "

“The product itself seems to work well. The limits to extend and retract are easy to adjust and work great. Customer Service was easy to work with and very accommodating. Price was more than reasonable. I bought a 20’ x 10’ electric and now that it is set up I do not have any issues. The only issue I have are the instructions. I am a shade tree mechanic and am mechanically included but the instructions for me were not up to par.”

“I ordered 7 Bamboo Roll Up Blinds - 46 x 64 In - Light Brown for my screened porch. We lost a 32 year old shade tree and needed to block the late afternoon sun. I started with 4 and was so pleased with how they looked that I ordered 3 more. Although these are not really an outdoor shade, with proper care, I think they will last and the fit was perfect, they look custom without the custom price. Very easy to install. I live in the Chicago area and I will take these down and store for winter. They just hang on hooks so will be easy to remove and I kept the box for storage. The jagged lines at top are my string lights nothing to do with the blinds. They have been up for 2 months and no mold. I pull them to the up position if it rains and then put them down to completely dry them out afterwards. A spritz of vinegar or isopropyl alcohol on each one in humidity seems to prohibit mold. Customer service was wonderful. They were out of stock with my first order but were able to tell me exactly when they would be back in, about a 8 week wait and totally worth it. Thanks Aleko!”

“The sauna works great after some engineering and a lot of time on my part. The shipping was a week late (long story but not due to covid). Lost a days work waiting for delivery that didn’t come. The sauna was missing instructions and when the proper instructions were sent they were very poorly made. It doesn’t tell you where screws and bolts go so you’re left to fend for yourself. It’s extra difficult when the thing is missing hardware!!! Customer service is very responsive but offered nothing substantial for the loss of time, late delivery, missing hardware, and poor instructions. I was in contact with them three times. They sent me the terrible manufacturers instructions and nothing else. Other than that, it was delivered in a very secured container so that’s a plus. Anyway, now that the sauna is finally up and running, it’s great. The process to make it happen, not so much. Good luck! Images show where hardware is supposed to secure the glass panels.... nothing there (no holes) and no hardware.”

“We love it! Didn’t want to splurge on a big spa, until we knew if we’d use it often enough, or stay on top of the chemicals, but we do! We look forward to getting into it, almost every night. Doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it achieving the temperature setting, but I think we’ve kind of got it down. We use bromine for sanitizing and that works well. Our pre-teens got in with us once and it was a bit tight. Better for two people. Hope it lasts the rest of the year.”

“this is my second Aleko 20' by 10' awning... it is excellent product... Recently I replaced our 12' long awning with 20' Aleko awning... (first 20 footer I've installed @ our cottage years back).. Very good installation manual which in my case must be read only to find screewups after installation... lol... Installed extra steel cable guidance on both side to keep awning from flapping on windy days... works like a charm... Thank you Aleko for very good product and affordable price... and no, I am not paid by Aleko for good review, just a satisfied customer...”

“I bought a 16' x 10' retractable awning last year and was skeptical when I bought it as the price was very reasonable, a fraction of the cost of some other brands, I have used my awning a lot over the last year and it works great, a friend and I installed it and it did take us a couple of days to put up but it works great, my only slight complaint would be that the valance has faded some, but in all fairness it does face west so it gets a beating from the sun, I can always reverse the valance when it fades a lot, also I was looking at The Aleko site at replacement awnings as I plan to buy the same material to put on a Pergola I am planning to build and a new awning is only $89.00 for a 16' x 10'. I would suggest the motorized version as to hand wind would get very tiresome.”

“Well they shipped me a new front bar because the original one got damaged in shipping. The replacement front bar was damaged worse than the original one. Told me it would be 3 business days for this replacement - took a week. Sent picture of the new damage front bar - now waiting for a reply. Seems like they really don't have much of a customer service department.”

I also wish shipping delays weren't a part of our everyday life due to COVID-19. What I can do, and what I will continue to do is stand behind our products and offer you another replacement. I saw several email conversations between you and my customer service team. Simply reply to one of those if you decide you'd like to try again. “Purchased the ALEKO Half Cassette Retractable 10'x20' online with its retailers. It came with broken boxes (the packaging was so poor that I believe it was one of returned item from others), missing the center roller. Requested a support to the retailer, never responded. Willing to pay so I contacted the ALEKO company for part purchase. So far 1-2 weeks, no response either. This makes me doubt of Customer services and capability to support customers when they have issues after sale. I have to think twice for this brand if I need another awning in the future.”
