“Excellent service with a friendly touch! I needed my front door re-keyed, so I called the company and scheduled an appointment two days in advance. He called the day before to confirm that our appointment was still possible, and he arrived on time and prepared to work. The entire process took maybe thirty minutes and he was very thorough in his work, making sure the lock would provide the strongest seal with the door and taking the time to explain the various types of keys he could make and the level of security each one offers. Extremely nice and great to talk to.”

“Technician David ended up installing new alarm systems for both my businesses recently. He was absolutely great. There was a minor problem with one system after installation and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem easily. Compared to my old system, the alarm.com interface is so easy to work with and add/change codes for different employees.”

“Hire them! Neville was amazing, showed up exactly on time, not only replaced my broken garbage disposal perfectly, but he also found a crack in a pipe and replaced it before any more damaged happened. That’s a huge relief! He was very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Service was 10/10 and these guys know what they’re doing. I have spoken to 10 different plumbers to fix an issue with my shower and nobody could fix it. These guys came in one visit and had it done at a reasonable price! Won’t work with anyone else now.”

“The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. They lure customers in with a low call-out charge, but the actual on-site fees are outrageous — £80 for a £10 door lock cylinder and £120 for a job that took just 10 minutes. Completely misleading and untrustworthy.”

“Phoned above company regarding front door not opening even when unlocked, quoted the sum of £65, locksmith arrived approx 1 hour later and told me it was going to cost £180 to gain entry to my house, I was not happy with the price he quoted, but unfortunately he wasn't prepared to negotiate a reasonable price, I was desperate to get into the house as it was a very hot day, I feel that I have been unfairly treated under the circumstances, will not be recommending your company,”
