“I like the lamp color and color transition, but it is not registering my touch half the time, and gets quite wonky with working when you charge it/take it off the charger.”

“It was donated to me in exchange for reviews and help with spreading the word about Ally Lamp, so I didn’t go through the check-out process. However, speaking through emails their responses were quick and the time that passed from my first inquiry to them sending it was probably 1 week”

“The purchasing experience was very easy. I accidentally used my prior address as my billing address because of auto-fill and reached out to Allay the moment I noticed. They were quick to respond and let me know that they'll contact me if it becomes an issue. The shipping takes a bit, but it's well worth it once the lamp comes in.”
