“The purchasing process was easily and seamless. I emailed customer service to enquire about a wall adapter and the response was prompt and friendly. I received the wall adapter and the lamp quickly. I loved the thoughtful and environmentally-conscious packaging. A member of the team personally reached out to ask how it was going with the lamp and gave some pointers on how to use it.”

“Shipping was fast, and customer service second-to-none; the Allay Lamp Team obviously standby their product, and rightfully so. They strive to ensure their customers are happy, and don’t rely on gimmicks to sell the lamp, instead letting the product (and its happy users) speak for itself. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who suffers from migraines to give the Allay Lamp a try and see if your experience with it is as good as mine. To be honest, even if you don’t suffer from migraines having a white flood light you can take with you is pretty cool! This has been an honest review of the product; I am not paid by Allay Lamp (or anyone else for that matter) for this review.”

“I found allay on Instagram! And followed the link there to buy it although it is pricey it is so worth it in the end! The Customer service was really great I had messed up my address and they were able to ship it to the correct address with no extra charge and very responsive I really appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with them and how easy it was to change my mistake so thank you for this small little company and that’s really amazing and really really important to people have migraine so I suggest that you check them out and you look at the products and try it for yourself”

“First, let me say that the customer service team from Allay is fantastic. They helped me every step of the way through the purchasing process and followed-up timely to make sure I was completely satisfied with the lamp. Now on to the actual lamp - my wife (who does not suffer from migraines) likes to steal it from me to help her fall asleep! When I can actually pry it away from her, it significantly helps combat any headache and helps me fall asleep as well. And the cooler thing about it is if I do not have a headache, I can just flip it upside down and it duals as a white-light lamp and dim it to my preferred light level. So cool! Very satisfied with my purchase...it is one of the best investments I have ever made.”
