First, let me say that the customer service team from Allay is fantastic. They helped me every step of the way through the purchasing process and followed-up timely to make sure I was completely satisfied with the lamp. Now on to the actual lamp - my wife (who does not suffer from migraines) likes to steal it from me to help her fall asleep! When I can actually pry it away from her, it significantly helps combat any headache and helps me fall asleep as well. And the cooler thing about it is if I do not have a headache, I can just flip it upside down and it duals as a white-light lamp and dim it to my preferred light level. So cool! Very satisfied with my purchase...it is one of the best investments I have ever made.
