“Easy website to use and easy to find what I needed. Unfortunately the delivery did not arrive on time, but believe this is fault of Royal Mail and not Allbeauty.”

“Haven’t received these items yet as Royal Mail wouldn’t leave parcel as it was too big for our letter box. All beauty asked for alternative delivery instructions in case of above and as always I stated these when ordering. They obviously weren’t either passed on to Royal Mail or RM didn’t bother reading them. Royal Mail have erased any telephone no’s from the delivery notes so we don’t know their opening hours currently. They refer you exclusively to website so if you weren’t competent with Computers you would struggle to get your parcel.”

“I've used this company many times and have no complaints. If you're not happy shop at one of the big department stores and pay sometimes nearly double for the same products. I'm sure they'll be happy to take your money.”

“Read the reviews on another site and happily placed my order. Came to this one and i read some more that made me cancel the order! Not sure if that was the right decision. All i can say is the lady on the phone was very polite, helpful and offered me a refund no problem. A couple of days later, the money has been returned to my account”
