Not very good for the delivery by ColisPrive lequel ne nous previent pas de la livraison et depose dans un relais qui ne respecte pas les horaires d'ouverture...Sorry!

A seguito del tuo feedback, siamo molto dispiaciuti di apprendere ciò. La maggior parte dei pacchi con ColisPrive andrà a un punto di raccolta nelle vicinanze invece di essere consegnata all'indirizzo indicato. Questo è quindi il più adatto per i clienti in modo che possano organizzare il ritiro quando sono liberi di farlo. Se hai problemi con gli orari di apertura, contatta il deposito locale per ulteriore assistenza.

allbeauty asked me to write a review but so far it has been 12 days since I ordered my product and I have not received it yet. So delivery is very slow. I would suggest if you need something desperately don't order from this company!

Further to your review, we are sorry that your parcel is taking a little longer to arrive than hoped. We have checked on your tracking and your parcel has arrived in the USA and it was forwarded on to your local USPS service on the 19th of February. Ordered goods. On receipt of order confirmation email,realised I had used wrong delivery address. My fault. Sent email to correct the mistake, but this was not picked up by you until goods had been dispatched. Goods are now languishing at a Royal Mail facility in Edinburgh, and apparently are unrecoverable.

I had a hard time with this order. Transport was frustrated due to weather conditions. My one inquiry was met with a rather bureaucratic response which didn't add any value. The Australian carrier organised a later delivery which was ignored by the driver. All little things but I'd think again before ordering from allbeauty.

Further to your review, we are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with this order. We can confirm that the delivery aim for parcels delivered to Australia is 10 - 15 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. We can see from the tracking that the parcel was delivered within this time frame.

I placed my order on the 4th of December and it was sent on the 5th but until today I haven’t received anything and help from allbeauty was poor as the reply was We don’t know as it’s is out for delivery , but where and that I explained that it’s out for delivery from the 15th of December. Then from the office lady wrote me u have to check your post ?! What do u mean ? As I don’t even know where is it and until now nobody knows. Hopefully another lady offered me on the 29th of December but when I already asked to send be back my money as it was not acceptable. And still I haven’t received. When I called to FedEx they told me that it’s FedEx Border who is taking care of that but all the emails are returning to me and they don’t have a phone number nothing . So I needed to call to Poland post , Lithuanian post and Latvian post but no one can’t see it 😩😩😩 I hope I will receive it soon but I planned to make it as a present for Christmas and unfortunately my family still haven’t received these presents 🎁

Due to the upheaval caused by Brexit, items to Europe will now always clear customs in the Netherlands before travelling to their destination country. As this item is currently travelling between the Netherlands and Latvia your tracking will not update until the package arrives in your country. I'm afraid this delivery service isn't time guaranteed, so we cannot advise on the exact delivery date.

International shipping quite slow. Product was purchased 9th December 2022 and still hasn't left the senders country.

Delivery ok, but product I bought (2 lipstick by Bareminerals) was not I expected. Smell like just old lipstick which put me off. Usually lipstick smell fabulous not in this case. Regret that I bought two.

I purchased a foundation it was completely the wrong colour I was advised by Clinique to go for they shade Now I have a foundation I cannot use Very disappointing

Don't do it if you are in a rush. Ordered a gift for 48hr delivery and was still waiting 8 days later. Had to get a replacement sent in the end but was way after the event

Además de sus comentarios, lamentamos saber que su paquete está tardando más de lo esperado en llegar. Desafortunadamente, debido a Covid y Brexit, el servicio de entrega está experimentando algunos retrasos, debería poder rastrear su paquete usted mismo con los detalles proporcionados por correo electrónico.

Further to your feedback due to the recent upheaval caused by Brexit, our shipping procedures have changed. Items to Europe will always clear customs in Venlo before travelling to their destination.

First order was lost but not because of Allbeauty .. Hermes are awful and you can't get I touch with them Allbeauty please consider changing courier because their service delivery and customer support is very poor otherwise customers will judge on the overall transaction from purchase to delivery and rating will go down

This Chanel aftershave is not the same as the previous bottle. I don’t think the aftershave is a copy. It is a Chanel discontinued line and I think maybe it has been stored for too long.

Further to your review we can confirm that all our products are indeed brand new and boxed as they would be in a high street store. Manufacturers in general do not supply expiry dates for their beauty products as in most cases if they are stored correctly they can last for years.
