I did not know this was an international company. It took a very long time to receive the item. And I got continual emails telling me my purchase was held up in customs. One message said I should call customs and I might need to pay more. Never again!

It takes ages for refund why ?? The item was sent back 2 weeks ago and Evri tracked all the way back to them no still no refund every time you message them same answer has not reached our warehouse but clearly it has not happy at all

Returned a £281 order on the returns label provided by All Beauty, and after 3 months of "investigation" through which I had to chase 5 times to get any kind of update I was asked to provide a postage receipt to provide proof of postage. I managed to dig out the postage receipt showing the exact tracking number from the label they provided, as well as the fact the tracking clearly shows I dispatched it, but All Beauty have said there is some "discrepancy" that they cannot disclose to me in the receipt? How convenient. I have checked the postage receipt against the label, and I see absolutely no detail that doesn't match up and funnily enough they won't tell me what it is? They now simply refuse to engage and will not refund. Absolutely disgusting tactics by this company. You follow their returns process to the dot, use the return label they provided, the tracking shows you've dispatched it and you EVEN HOLD THE RECEIPT months later after they've intentionally longed you out, and they simply refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AWFUL SERVICE.

They lure you with fantastic offers and discounts, vouchers, codes etc....but somehow at the checkout, no code works It's a full-fledged scam!!! It is the good old scam of inflating prices before Black Friday, so they can show of with the "discount".....don't fall for it

I ordered some shower gel from all beauty and the transaction with all beauty was fine up to the point of delivery, where EVRI got involved, and either there is a massive communication problem within EVRI and what they tell the customer – in this case all beauty or they just lie to cover their incompetence. I don’t know which. One update from them was that they had tried to deliver the package, but no one was home – this was not the case as I’m home all the time so that was a lie. I was supposed to receive the package within two days and 10 days later after numerous updates saying it had been misrouted and was still on its way. They finally admitted that they had damaged the parcel. This was after I had contacted all beauty, customer care, more than once we operate. I spoke to on the final occasion initially reassured me that the updates were correct and the product had been misrouted and was on its way. After I pressed them to find out when it was going to be delivered. They said they had just received an image to show that the product was damaged - had I not pressed them, I would still be waiting for the package now They then offered to resend a fresh package via the same courier, which I declined and asked for a full refund, which I was then told, would take 3 to 5 working days to be returned, which in the circumstances I found completely unacceptable. Not your finest hour and you really need to get better information in situations like this to update the customer rather than the customer have to contact you and be told incorrect information. Sadly I don’t feel that I can have any confidence in all Beauty going forward and the courier has now lost you a customer

I purchased a very expensive product from Allbeauty based specifically on the description and pictures on the website. I was extremely disappointed to receive a product that differed from this description and returned for a refund. As of today I have not received my refund.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry for the incorrect details that were shown on our website. We have checked and cannot see that our warehouse has informed us of this return. Returns back to us can take up to 30 business days. As soon as our warehouse confirms to us that they have this return, we will contact us.

I have been a shopper on AB for absolute years but recent experience has left me questioning if I'll bother to use again. Parcel was apparently delivered but I received nothing, home all day and wasn't notified it had arrived, contacted All Beauty - had to write a letter, still out of pocket, still none the wiser about my order, and still awaiting a response - customer service / lack of is disappointing.

Thank you for your review. We note from your local tracking page that a delivery attempt was made by Correos, Spain on the 4th of April and again on the 5th of April. Unfortunately they have marked both of these attempts as unsuccessful as no one was available to accept the delivery. Your parcel is now being held ready for collections at your local Correos office. I have put my review on trust pilot and received a reply from yourselves. I received a product that I consider was not properly filled originally and it ran out very quickly. After more than 10 years of shopping with all beauty with no complaints and always giving 5 star reviews I was shocked by the rudeness of your response and the implication that, all of a sudden, I was trying to get something for nothing. I was even asked to send a video of the empty container, which is quite a bizarre request and actually proves nothing. I was told I could have 20% refund but that this would never happen in the future. As if I regularly complained. I have decided not to use all beauty any more and have bought my latest products from Sue Shields in Carnforth. I am very offended and quite shocked.

We are sorry to hear that your order is taking a little longer than hoped. Our Canadian deliveries do usually arrive within 10 business days, however this is not a time guaranteed service. We have checked on your order and can see that it is now showing as having arrived in Canada on your tracking page. Your Item has been presented to the Canada Border Services Agency for a customs review. Hopefully delivery by your local Canada Post depot will follow shortly. I was sent the wrong product when I checked the website it showed the item I had ordered and paid for was now out of stock, so rather than messaging me to advise me and give me an opportunity to locate the product my wife wanted for her birthday they sent me a similar item (winter home fragrance set as opposed to ultimate sleep set) for half the price but marking it as product I had ordered, I am hoping this is just a genuine mistake but my gut tells me someone realised the product was out of stock and thought it would be easier to try and get away with sending a similar product. Either way both my sons are now upset as the present they had ordered didn’t arrive!

Further to your review, we are very sorry to hear that you received the wrong gift-set. I see that you have now been in direct contact with us and we have confirmed with our warehouse that this caused by a packing error at their facility for which we apologise. My colleague emailed you back on Sunday the 19th of February to confirm that the correct set was being sent out via the Royal Mail for you. The set should arrive within the next few days. We apologise again for any disappointment caused on this occasion.

Thank you for contacting us. Your order has been processed and was dispatched from our Warehouse facility in the UK on 29th of January. The vast majority of orders on our Priority Tracked Service are delivered to your destination within 5-8 Business days (Monday to Friday) following dispatch, although occasionally orders can take a little longer to arrive.

Product 'landed' 31/01, unable to see any updated tracking and it's now 3/2. You've sent me a form asking about a product i'm yet to receive and can't track. Very poor. If i could give zero stars i would.

Thank you for your feedback. Your parcel was dispatched on the 22nd of January.  Delivery to you in Australia is estimated at 10-15 business days after dispatch, today will be your 9th business day.  Your parcel is still in transit and in the time scale to be received.
