Thank you for your feedback I have checked the tracking on our back end and can see that the parcel is on its way and the most recent tracking entry was for today the 18th of January. The tracking you have should start updating in the next day or two.

“Unfortunately this was a Christmas that arrived too late! As a company you should consider using an alternative to Royal Mail. You would have been aware of the strikes and had ample time to make arrangements. Such a shame. Product great but can get anywhere”

Further to your review Due to the upheaval caused by Brexit, items to Europe will now always clear customs in the Netherlands before travelling to their destination country. I have had a look at the tracking and can see that the parcel was delivered on the 4th of December if you are sill unable to locate your parcel please contact us directly.

“My package which was sent on the 22nd of October still did not reach to me. For the last two days, I am calling allbeauty’s customer service but it’s constantly saying “no support agents are available” (during the working hours I have called at least 10 times)”
