I ordered an expensive bottle of aftershave which was supposed to arrive in 48 hrs - it never arrived and after speaking to Customer Services waited another 3 days after which it didn’t arrive so spoke again to Customer Services who then gave me a refund. It was an anniversary gift - totally unacceptable.

I am very disappointed I ordered an aftershave on the 12th October it has still not arrived, speaking to customer services they have checked it for me and re ordered another one, which I have yet to receive! This was for a birthday present so it if it ever does come it will be late, not to mention it was an expensive one .

Ordered two Perfum since 12th of Oct up till now I never get it and it’s showing on helms that they have delivered which they didn’t strange won’t buy from this site ever again

We can confirm that all our products are indeed brand new and boxed as they would be in a high street store.. I can see that we have not been contacted regarding this and one of our customer service agents will contact you directly.

Ho recentemente acquistato il siero The max di IMAGE SKINCARE. Un disastro totale. Profumazione diversa, ma ciò che è peggio è che mi ha procurato delle escoriazioni sul viso. Adesso sto ancora curando.

Placed an order, order was missing from box. All beauty asked for photos of box which clearly showed signs of being tampered with. Allbeauty called me a liar and refused to help. Currently using a 3rd party to claim. Disgusting treatment. To confirm I never disputed that you did not dispatch the order. My issue is somewhere in between the parcel was tampered with. I asked for proof of when the parcel was last weighed and your response was "you cannot help further". My order did not arrive regardless. Your customer service is disgusting

Further to your feedback, we can confirm that all matters like this are investigated fully with all departments and delivery agents concerned and all details are passed on back to the customer. We can confirm that you have been in touch with our Customer Support team directly and they have advised on the outcome of the investigations that have been completed with the Royal Mail and our warehouse supervisors.

We are sorry to hear that your parcel is taking a little longer than hoped. We note that your delivery has passed through our UK Export Customs but has yet to clear your local Customs department. Once it has it will be passed on to our local delivery partner and will track with the local tracking number supplied. As your parcel is still within our delivery time frame we wouldn't class this as overdue yet. However if your order is not with you within our maximum time frame please don't hesitate to contact us directly as we would be happy to help. Purchased 1 million parfum via all beauty! Received the package as I should however this fragrance is very strong and last a fair few hours! However this bottle which I received it struggles to even last 10 minutes, I took the time to take it to boots to compare with Thier sample and there was a clear difference! The bottle is currently on its way back to YOU and I just hope I get a full refund as promised. On a positive note the email support has been very good with fast responses.

We buy this fragrance directly from the brand owner so this fragrance should have arrived in perfect condition as it would be coming from the same direct source as the bottles sold in the major high street stores. However if this is a perfume you have used before and you feel this bottle isn't as it should be we would always be happy to help. Perfume is an alcohol based product and therefore on a rare occasion it can become faulty. A number of factors can affect fragrance such as packaging or manufacturing issues or a change in storage conditions and these could destabilise a fragrance in much the same way as these issues can affect wine. We note we have already supplied you with our returns details and look forward to resolving this for you going forward.

To write a review must receive the product. Been more than a week product still in transit. On the other hand got other products ordered from another brand on the same day delivered.

Very very very unhappy with allbeauty they did not believe me when I said I didn't recieve my free sample I asked 3 times for the sample but to no avail.so I will not be ordering any more goods from allbeauty.

We send out the tracking link for your parcel with our confirmation of dispatch email. You should be able to follow your orders journey from our UK warehouse facility to your country's local delivery service with this. We note from the current tracking status that your parcel has now arrived in Australia and been presented to Customs. Delivery should follow shortly. Delivered to the wrong address. I sent customer service a screenshot of the order that clearly shows correct delivery address was inputted by myself at time of order . Didn’t receive product and total waste of time and money.
