I tried several times to attain a recommendation discount but to no avail! I’d like my discount!

i cant even track my order and i have not received any emails telling me when my order was going to come or how long my order was going to take to come. i will not be ordering from you guys ever again.

We are sorry to hear this and can confirm your order was dispatched on the 14th and is tracking. We send our customers both order confirmation and dispatch emails and these are both sent automatically. Possibly as it's your first order with us your service provider has forwarded these on to your spam/junk folder in error. We also add your tracking number to your order details on your account so you can view your parcel Royal Mail tracking number from the order history page on our website once logged in. We can confirm we received your order on Thursday and your parcel was dispatched from our UK facility the following day on Friday the 13th of November. Deliver to the Netherlands takes on average 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday), following dispatch. Therefore as we are only on the first business day at the moment we would advise allowing a little longer for your parcel to arrive. I can see that your parcel was dispatched on the 12th of October and our estimated delivery is 2-3 business days days. However due to the ongoing situation with the coronavirus some parcels are taking slightly longer to arrive

How disappointing. I ordered the Elemis cream for £104 and received an unwanted £28 product instead!!! No time to change it as it was for my wife’s birthday today. First and last time I use the site

Further to your review I have had a look at the tracking and can see that the parcel is on its way to you and should be with you shortly I have checked the Royal Mail tracking today and this shows Your item has reached North West Midlands MC and will now be sent to your local delivery office. If you do not wish to keep the parcel when this has arrived please contact us directly.

The delivery driver left my purchase in the domestic bin . When the recycling bin was right next to it. Then the bin was emptied and my birthday present I had bought , with birthday money was gone . When the bin was emptied. Leaving me really upset.

Courier did not leave items in a secure place. Despite directions on delivery instructions. The items are no where to be found and I have been charged for items I’ve never received. I’ve received minimal Support from AllBeauty - which is a shame. I wouldn’t order with them again as they can’t value customer satisfaction, and charge people for items they don’t receive.

I ordered an expensive conditioner and was sent a shampoo. I live in a rural area and finding a FedEx location to return it was a major pain in the neck.

Further to your review, deliveries to the Republic of Ireland on this particular service usually arrive within 2-3 business days following the dispatch of your parcel and therefore this is our delivery aim.
