Ordered Jimmy Choo illicit perfume in May. Just finished my last bottle and opened this bottle to find that it doesn’t even smell of Jimmy Choo scent. I sprayed it to see if it made any difference, within less then 5 mins there’s no smell at all. Contacted customer services by email to be told I’ve had it more than 30 days and to read their terms and conditions!! Absolutely disgusted. This product definitely does not meet the description, and is definitely not jimmy choo!! I’ve used this perfume for years and know what it smells like. I definitely will not use this company again. Would rather have given my money away than spent it on a bottle of fake perfume fit for the bin!! Will be seeking further advise on it to see why your still able to trade and take peoples hard earned money. People be aware, you would be better spending an extra couple of pounds and going to reputable sellers who honour what they sell you, wish I had done that !

Ordered ELemis item and the last roughly 10-15% was unable to get from bottle, spoke with Elemis they do not supply to this company and all beauty say return registered post and they will look into it ,, postage and package obv down to me ... will not use again

Further to your review, when any brand states that someone is not an authorised stockist of theirs they simply mean that they don't directly supply the company concerned.  We stock over 13,800 lines and buy our stock from a number of reputable beauty wholesalers as well as dealing with many brands directly, as is common for many beauty retailers. We have a Freepost returns address available on our website for our UK customers to use and can see that this has already been emailed to you. Bought a foundation, the colour was wrong and despite their 60 day return policy they are refusing the exchange. Not pleasant on the phone to say the least and given I was simply asķing for an exchange for the right colour and not a refund I found their customer service to be harsh and unhelpful. Sent the product back anyway see what happens. Hopefully not all their staff is unreasonable.

Further to your review, if your cosmetic item is unused and unopened it can still be returned under our 60 day returns policy and we would be happy to accept it back. Unfortunately as with the majority of retailers, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any cosmetics that have had a hygiene seal removed or show any signs of having been used, unless they are faulty.

It's fake and wears off quicker than original estee lauder, I don't mind copies for a reasonable price but this is an over priced copy, don't waste your money, why not just be honest and say it's a copy

However the contents of the bottle should remain the same and be as expected whether purchased online or from a high street store. Absolutely fake eau de toilette from Eau d'Issey. The package, the smell. All of it. FAKE FAKE. THIS IS THE REASON FOR THEIR LOW PRICES. IT WAS A GOOD LESSON I GOT FROM THIS WEBSITE. SHAME ON You.

We only purchase our stock from well established brands and beauty wholesale companies and all our products should be received in exactly the same condition as they would be if purchased from any high street store. They definitely sell fake/replica perfumes. I compared two jimmy choo l’eau, one from the Fragrance shop and one from here. The different coloured bottles, the one from here is dark and grey and the lid is hard to take off compared to the one from Fragrance shop and it also smells off. Do not recommend this site. Doesn’t smell the same at all!

Further to your review, all our fragrances should arrive in pristine condition and be exactly as you would expect from any high street chemist or department store, although brands can update their packaging from time to time. Selling photos of bronzer than are completely different shade, requesting photos and then saying they don’t accept photos. Waste of time, bad service and mis Selling never mind the delay in replying to emails

Unfortunately the perfume i received isn't genuine :( The box and the bottle are extremely different compared to the one i already have plus doesn't last on me more than an hour which wasn't the case with my other perfume. Very disappointed

Ordered 3 weeks ago, item still not arrived. Tracking number never worked from the start. Now have to wait on an investigation from Royal Mail. Disappointed is an understatement. Won’t use again. Just want a refund.

I have put my faith in this company for many years and even recommended them previously to friends. I dont bad mouth without probable cause, but the products I recieved are NOT genuine! My partner recently ordered me 3 bottles for my birthday, I noted ALL 3 bottles weren't the usual clean cut finish that you would get from a department store. Reasons for my argument One bottle has a leak from the lid, (again, I've never had genuine bottles leak from the top) All 3 have a strong smell of alcohol, dont seem to have the normal layers of perfume just 1 main smell Foil at the top of the lid is flaking It's a shame, that some companies have no qualms with basically robbing people. A lot of customer replies are very cleverly worded and feels like there is no real responsibility. Ie It SHOULD be of the same standard as what you would expect. Umm, if a product is genuine it WOULD be the same exactly...

We buy these brands directly so all these fragrances should arrived in perfect condition every time. However on a rare occasion there can be a manufacturing issue with any product. If a perfume has a faulty seal and is leaking this could also affect the quality of the fragrance inside as the container would no longer be airtight. The leaking perfume could also cause damage to any decorative metal finish on the lid as eau de perfume is a mix of alcohol, as well as essential perfume oils and water. We would never leave a customer with a faulty or damaged product. Returned 3 items back separately, only got the refund for one of them. Tracking shows all of them are delivered, but customer care is refusing to issue the refund saying that their warehouse have not received the items. Tracking showed that it was delivered last month, and their warehouse is having problems verifying their own inventory, but the customer is paying the cost? That is not right at all. This is frustrating and irresponsible of the company.

Instant Lip arrived. It was all sticky like it had leaked and I got one click out of it before it ended. Basically it was empty. Very disappointing for the £12.50 I paid. I won’t be buying from all beauty again :(

I have just received my Dolce and Gabbana light blue perfume and my God it doesn't smell anything like D&G. It's one of my favourite and I'm so disappointed with what I got. Moreover when you open the lid the silver part comes off as well making it so fake. This is not right at all. We buy in faith and receive the opposite of what we paid for. It's not fair.

We are very sorry to hear of this issue. If the silver paint is lifting on the lid this could indicate a small leak may have occurred at some point as the alcohol in the perfume could damage paint. This could also explain why the fragrance may not be up to it's usual standard as a faulty seal would also allow the air into the product which could affect the quality of the perfume. I ordered a product on March 30 and was informed it would arrive in 4-6 days. I am still waiting. I contacted the company and they said they wait 20 days before looking into it further. Do not buy from them. Horrible "service".

As a UK based company our delivery aims for America are based on the average time of arrival to your location during normal business operation. Bought Philips epilator Satinelle, says on the box. Firmly grips even fine hair☹️. Doesn’t grip anything. Waist of money. And it looks like it’s used already?

All our fragrances are purchased either directly or from established, reputable beauty wholesalers and therefore unless faulty in some way, all our products should arrive in exactly the same perfect condition as they would if purchased from your high street. Stock holdings vary continuously in a busy fulfillment warehouse as batches sells through and stock is rotated. As we are fulfilling several thousand orders daily it is not possible for us to provide an individual product checking service. However we do offer a 60 day no quibble returns policy for any unwanted, unopened goods should you ever prefer to return an item. Details of this are on our website.

Really should be no stars I brought a bottle shalimar last year kept it wrapped in drawer until ready to use which was yesterday Scent is awful Color of perfume does not look right have worn shalimar on and off for 40 years this is nothing like it. Emailed customer services got a lame reply advising terms and conditions say responsibility mine to prove ok within 6 months of receipt fair enough but as didn’t need it didn’t open it . I don’t feel this is the genuine perfume which was my issue.not good enough. Have used all beauty before but now never again.customer service appalling not the way to keep customers

All our products are sourced from reputable brands and beauty wholesalers and therefore the authenticity and quality should always be exactly the same whether purchased with us or purchased from a high street location. On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged or faulty in some way, we are always happy to resolve these issues for our customers however we do ask that the fault is reported within a timely manner. Perfume does not have an expiry date however a number of factors can affect fragrance such as light and heat and if not stored correctly this may destabilise a fragrance in much the same way as can affect wine. It is therefore unlikely that any company could offer an open ended guarantee on product quality once a product has been sold and has been outside of their own facility for sometime.
