“Good value for this product but unfortunately this product didn’t work well on my hair. It made it feel like straw & difficult to style. I’ll persevere though & use once a fortnight for the benefits to my hair”

“I waited round about 2 weeks for the purchase. As I opened it, I recognize, it was the false parfum and wanted to exchange. So now, I have to pay the shipping to GB round about 15€! I only know something like this from completely outdated portals and it is absolutely not customer-oriented. That was the first and last time I ordered here!”

We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the item that you have received,we can confirm that we buy our stock from a number of well established brands and beauty wholesale companies and therefore all our products should arrive in perfect condition every time and be exactly the same as you would expect from any high street store. Unfortunately as we are a UK based company we do not offer a freepost return address for customers outside of UK. I can see that one of my colleagues has contacted you regarding this.

“I’m very disappointed in Allbeauty, they’re unable to deliver their products in a TIMELY (reasonable) manner...For instance, I had placed orders with SEVERAL various other companies at the SAME TIME that I placed an order with ALLBEAUTY...However, I have ALREADY received ALL of the other products that I’ve ordered from VARIOUS OTHER COMPANIES...Except, for ALLBEAUTY....WHERE IS MY ORDER FROM ALLBEAUTY???...I have NEVER RECEIVED my order, YET!!...PLEASE SEND MY ORDER!!”

We are sorry to hear that your parcel has been taking a little longer to arrive than usual. Unfortunately the postal services are experiencing delays with their parcel tracking and deliveries at the moment and some parcels are not tracking and arriving within our usual time frames. The world's postal services and the UK has recently experienced unprecedented levels of mail and this is due to Covid and its effects. These are resulting in a massive increase in online ordering worldwide due to shopping restrictions and lockdowns at a time when postal services are having to work under strict Covid restrictions to ensure staff safety. Please kindly allow a little longer for your parcel to be delivered as the parcel was dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom on the 28th of January.

Further to your review, we can confirm that your order was dispatched from our warehouse in the UK on the 23rd of December. Delivery to Spain is usually around 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). However during this very busy Christmas and New Year season it is taking a little longer for our oversea's parcels to arrive. Further to your review, your parcel left our UK warehouse facility on the 23rd of December. Delivery to Italy is normally around 5 business days, (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays), however during busy times such as Christmas and New Year it can take a little longer for parcels to arrive. Unfortunately the Royal Mail are experiencing delays with their parcel tracking and deliveries at the moment due to this very busy Festive season. This is causing some parcels to take a little longer than our usual 2-3 business day delivery on our standard service.
