I received the wrong product and have emailed the address given in case of problems- a week later, no one has gotten back to me. Not impressed!

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that your parcel was dispatched from us on the 21st of February and our estimated delivery is 5-8 business days from dispatch. I have also checked the tracking and can see that the parcel is on its way and should be with you shortly.

I’m very disappointed in Allbeauty, they’re unable to deliver their products in a TIMELY (reasonable) manner...For instance, I had placed orders with SEVERAL various other companies at the SAME TIME that I placed an order with ALLBEAUTY...However, I have ALREADY received ALL of the other products that I’ve ordered from VARIOUS OTHER COMPANIES...Except, for ALLBEAUTY....WHERE IS MY ORDER FROM ALLBEAUTY???...I have NEVER RECEIVED my order, YET!!...PLEASE SEND MY ORDER!!

We are sorry to hear that your parcel has been taking a little longer to arrive than usual. Unfortunately the postal services are experiencing delays with their parcel tracking and deliveries at the moment and some parcels are not tracking and arriving within our usual time frames. The world's postal services and the UK has recently experienced unprecedented levels of mail and this is due to Covid and its effects. These are resulting in a massive increase in online ordering worldwide due to shopping restrictions and lockdowns at a time when postal services are having to work under strict Covid restrictions to ensure staff safety. Please kindly allow a little longer for your parcel to be delivered as the parcel was dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom on the 28th of January.

Further to your feedback, we have looked into this for you and can see that your parcel is currently being passed over to USPS for delivery. We do apologise for the delay, due to issues with the UK Border caused by Brexit and Covid-19 some parcels have been delayed.

Further to your review, we see that your order was dispatched from our UK warehouse on Christmas Eve and is now tracking on the United States Postal Service website as delivered on the 7th of January. Further to your review, we can confirm that your order was dispatched from our warehouse in the UK on the 23rd of December. Delivery to Spain is usually around 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). However during this very busy Christmas and New Year season it is taking a little longer for our oversea's parcels to arrive. For our delivery time details please see our FAQs or Terms and Conditions pages. Hopefully your parcel will be with you shortly, however if it passes our stated delivery time frames please don't hesitate to let us know.

Further to your review, your parcel left our UK warehouse facility on the 23rd of December. Delivery to Italy is normally around 5 business days, (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays), however during busy times such as Christmas and New Year it can take a little longer for parcels to arrive. If your parcel is not with you within the time frames shown on our FAQs page please let us know so that we can assist you further.

As we have had several public holidays for Christmas and the New Year and issues with the French border this will have affected deliveries to the Netherlands and slowed delivery times a little. Unfortunately the Royal Mail are experiencing delays with their parcel tracking and deliveries at the moment due to this very busy Festive season. This is causing some parcels to take a little longer than our usual 2-3 business day delivery on our standard service. If you ever require a faster or guaranteed service we do offer 3 next day options and these can be selected at our Checkout. Full details of all services can be found on our Delivery page. Further to your review, we can confirm that the Royal Mail collected your parcel on the 1st of December and it is tracking as received at their Mail Centre now so we can confirm that it is on it's way. Unfortunately with the increase ordering due to Christmas and people being unable to shop in their high street due to Covid this has push levels of online orders beyond any previously seen by the postal services and this is contributing to some slight delivery delays for which we apologise.

Further to your review, we have checked on your tracking page and can see that the Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel on the 2nd but unfortunately no one was in. Please login to the Royal Mail with your parcel tracking number where you can view the options to re-arrange delivery or collection. Your tracking number is on your dispatch email and can also be found on your account 'order history' page on our website.

Further to your review, we have checked on your order tracking and this was dispatched on the 25th and shows on Royal Mails tracking page that it was delivered on the 28th. As we have a delivery aim of 2-3 business days for our standard tracked service this arrived within the usual time frame. If you ever require a faster service we do have next day services available for the UK. These can be viewed and selected at our Checkout. Brutal experience. I placed my order on November 6, 2020 and I still have not received my order. The web site mentioned that it would take 4-6 days to receive my order, which is completely acceptable. Can't say that I would use allbeauty again.

Further to your review we are very sorry your parcel is taking a little longer than usual to arrive. The majority of our orders dispatched to the United States do arrive within our quoted delivery aim. However during busy period and with the unfortunate current pandemic,on occasion orders can take a little longer to arrive. We have checked on your order and can confirm it was dispatched from our UK warehouse facility on Monday the 9th of November and we can see from your local USA postal service that this in now tracking with an expected delivery date of Wednesday 25th of November.
