My husband bought me some Sisley products at approximately £240 for my birthday but since talking to a Consultant from Sisley, I am advised that they do not sell to Allbeauty? As there are so many fake products out there, I am now concerned that mine are not genuine! Please can you confirm and your sources? Thank you

We can confirm that we only buy genuine stock from a number of well established beauty wholesale companies most of whom we have been using for a number of years now. This company is terrible. I ordered from them cosmetics on April 15 and today is May 2 no money no parsel. According to tracking number they delivered but to who??? that's is the question and now nobody responsible. I never received anything from them. They lost my package for almost $ 250. Stay away from them.

Further to your review, we can see that the Canadian Postal service have your parcel tracked as delivered to the address you have given on your online order. We note that you have now been in contact with us and we are in the process of investigating this tracked delivery for you. We are currently awaiting your response to our latest email. I received my package to find it was empty. Contacted the customer service for them to say they can’t do anything about it. First time using this site and it will be the last. I would think twice before ordering from here.

I placed an order with allbeauty.com on 2/22/19. I ordered the Everlasting Foundation in Beige. On 3/4/19, I received the Skin Illusion Foundation in Caramel. They sent me the wrong foundation AND the wrong color. I was asked to send pictures of the incorrect item and the invoice. I did this and am now being told that I have to return the product in order to receive a refund. This is terrible customer service! I’ll be sharing this negative experience with everyone in hopes that buyers will beware!

Although unusual occasional packing errors can occur and we will always offer to either sent a replacement order for the correct product or process a refund for our customers. I recently ordered Tom Ford Black Orchid perfume. The perfume arrived and does not smell like the Tom Ford Black Orchid I’ve previously bought and loved. I’m concerned that the perfume is fake. I’m really disappointed as I’m a loyal customer of All Beauty and have always rated them 5 stars for their products and service however on this occasion I’m very dissatisfied and may have to look elsewhere in future.

Awful service, they take your money and are not interested in sending out products on time, they state a timescale for delivery (next day) but when I queried this as no package arrived it had not even been dispatched. Ive no doubt I will get a refund eventually but right now they owe me £60 which I spent on Aftershave for my son. After reading other reviews it would seem that the products are not genuine anyway so maybe a lucky escape. FRAUDS. PRODUCTS NOT GENUINE.

We can confirm that all products sold on our website are 100% genuine and sourced from reputable brands and beauty wholesalers, many of whom we have been using for years. Unfortunately the code you were trying to use on this occasion could not be accepted against the type of delivery service you selected when placing your order online. After an order has been completed online it will automatically downloaded to our fulfilment warehouse facility for speed of dispatch and this generates the address label for the delivery service selected. Once this process has occurred we are unable to change a delivery method retrospectively. Therefore unfortunately as you did not wish to continue with your order on the delivery service selected the only option we could offer you was to cancel the order placed for you. We are sorry for any disappointment felt on this occasion.

I set up an order on December 18, 2018. Today is January 29, 2019 and I have NOT yet received it. I received an email that the package was being sent back to allbeauty because "the address was not enough". They did not write my address correctly. I have been contacting customer service and asked them if they could please send my order back, or I'd like to receive the refund for the amount I paid. Customer service answered and said, "They will contact me, after they have received the package back," but it's been more than a month. I am very disappointed to buy from allbeauty, and I'd like my money back.

We are very sorry that your parcel return is taking longer than expected. It can take a little while for parcels to arrive from the United States when returning to our UK warehouse. However we can confirm that we would never leave a customer without their order and will always resolve any issue of non receipt for you. Ordered some perfume as a gift, however the recipient of the gift changed their mind on what they wanted so as soon as i received the package i stuck the returns address on the box and placed my reason for returning inside, sent it off back to all beauty and they still haven't refunded me... this item was around £100 and that is a lot of money to be waiting to get back. Their customer service is shocking and makes me feel as though its a scam! Appalling service - would only buy if you know you are sure you want the product!

We receive and process the majority of returns sent via our UK business reply address within 4-8 business days. If you have not heard back from us within this time frame please contact us directly with your order number and a copy of your proof of postage receipt so we can look into this further for you.

Received a package from allbeauty but to only find a free sample! I basically paid £29.95 for a free sample! Absolutely shocking!!!! Allbeauty what are going to do about this disgusting service!!!!

Terrible customer service 1 full week ago today I placed an order with all beauty. When it hadn't arrived by Wednesday I checked delivery status & it said delivery attempt Tuesday & calling card left! No calling card was left & I knew there was no delivery attempt as there was someone home all day! I contacted the delivery company who informed me my package was sent back to Dublin because Allbeauty failed to provide my eircode & phone number. I gave details & they said they will deliver. I contacted All beauty and explained to customer services. The person who I'm still communicating via email has done nothing but stress me out & is terrible at her job. For this reason I would not recommend Allbeauty, her ability to rectify the situation was appaling!!! Still waiting on package. She sent messages saying a calling card was left and that they do have my details!! If this was the case I would have my package by now.

Horrible customer service and experience. I entered my full shipping address and they did not include unit number so parcel was returned back to sender. They issued me a new order but was missing MOST OF MY ORDER when it finally arrived. Now they are telling me it’s out of stock when a quick search on their website shows the product is available for purchase. This has been a horrible experience. Take your money elsewhere.

Ordered the same cream I’ve used for years, Akin Roarhip and Shea and although it was £3 cheaper on this site and the packaging is identical the cream is not, doesn’t smell of essential oils and is a different consistancy......definitely fake 😡

I ordered Guinot Creme Nutrition and got a creme called Creme NUTRI CONFORT. It has the same colour package but isn't the same moisturiser as I've used for 20 years. Is All Beauty s scam?
