I ordered a product on March 30 and was informed it would arrive in 4-6 days. I am still waiting. I contacted the company and they said they wait 20 days before looking into it further. Do not buy from them. Horrible "service".

We are sorry to hear that your parcel has been taking a little longer to arrive than usual. As a UK based company our delivery aims for America are based on the average time of arrival to your location during normal business operation. Unfortunately at this unusual time the postal service have advised that deliveries may be affected in all locations as a result of the precautionary measures and in some areas, temporary closures in place due to the Coronavirus. Bought Philips epilator Satinelle, says on the box. Firmly grips even fine hair☹️. Doesn’t grip anything. Waist of money. And it looks like it’s used already?

We sell a lot of Philips epilators and can confirm that this is a popular product. We only sell brand new stock and these products come with a hygiene seal which should be intact when received. If there are signs of it being damaged in some way please contact us directly with clear images of the fault concerned or alternatively return the product to us so that we can assist you further. batch code does not exist which makes item FAKE , when contacted customer service, they said warehouse staff is too busy to check batch codes for me. Appalling service. I believe item is fake

Further to your review, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. We have been unable to locate an order or account for you from your email address. Please contact us directly so that we can find your account and offer you further assistance. All our fragrances are purchased either directly or from established, reputable beauty wholesalers and therefore unless faulty in some way, all our products should arrive in exactly the same perfect condition as they would if purchased from your high street. Stock holdings vary continuously in a busy fulfillment warehouse as batches sells through and stock is rotated. As we are fulfilling several thousand orders daily it is not possible for us to provide an individual product checking service. However we do offer a 60 day no quibble returns policy for any unwanted, unopened goods should you ever prefer to return an item. Details of this are on our website.

Really should be no stars I brought a bottle shalimar last year kept it wrapped in drawer until ready to use which was yesterday Scent is awful Color of perfume does not look right have worn shalimar on and off for 40 years this is nothing like it. Emailed customer services got a lame reply advising terms and conditions say responsibility mine to prove ok within 6 months of receipt fair enough but as didn’t need it didn’t open it . I don’t feel this is the genuine perfume which was my issue.not good enough. Have used all beauty before but now never again.customer service appalling not the way to keep customers

We are very sorry to hear you were not happy with your old order and the reply received from our agent. We will ask a supervisor to look into your enquiry and get back to you personally. All our products are sourced from reputable brands and beauty wholesalers and therefore the authenticity and quality should always be exactly the same whether purchased with us or purchased from a high street location. On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged or faulty in some way, we are always happy to resolve these issues for our customers however we do ask that the fault is reported within a timely manner. Perfume does not have an expiry date however a number of factors can affect fragrance such as light and heat and if not stored correctly this may destabilise a fragrance in much the same way as can affect wine. It is therefore unlikely that any company could offer an open ended guarantee on product quality once a product has been sold and has been outside of their own facility for sometime.

I ordered products from all beauty and they delivered to the wrong address. The lady it was delivered to had called me directly and let me know the package was at her house. As this was so far away, I could not pick it up myself. I contacted all beauty to let them know what had happened, they responded by telling me they do not offer a collection service and wanted me to prove it wasn't delivered to me and I have to sign for it. I explained that I don't have a scanner but it's all they will accept. All I wanted was my order that I paid for not an attitude as if this is my fault and to never receive the products I paid for. I can see similar complaints in the past here, there is clearly a pattern and a problem with your system and your customer service.

We note that once it was established with you that the parcel was delivered to the same address in a neighbouring town we sent a message to the courier concerned to request that they resolve this and deliver it correctly for us. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this unusual error. This may be due to your property being a new build and as yet not having an Eirecode. We can confirm that we will not leave you without your order and will email you again once they have responded with confirmation of when they will resolve this.

Not happy with my order. I have just paid over £100 for an electric toothbrush from All Beauty but there were no instructions whatsoever and no dealer stamp included.I need it immediately and don't have a camera on the computer so I could not take photos which they requested. I just hope the brush is genuine after spending so much!

Further to your review, we can confirm that we purchase this brand directly from their UK distributor and we are always happy to assist our customers with any warranty enquiries. As an online retailer and not a high street store we do not provide a dealer stamp. However if you require a receipt for registering your product a printable VAT receipt can be accessed from your order history page. These days many manufacturers are providing online user manuals and you can access such a manual for your toothbrush from the manufacturer's website. Simply enter your product model number into their search box to access your product listing page. If you need any further help please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

I have order 4 items but only got 2 of them parcel box was demaged sended pictures to customer service team but refused to sort out matter I'll never buy again in future.

Apparently the product was delivered to me 5 days ago...After spending £60 worth of products I was advised to look outside or check with neighbours. I am now advised to wait for a investigation. I asked for a refund or for the products to be sent out and to be signed for this time. They have said no! I expect to have one of the two options offered . This is not how you treat customers. I won’t let this slip.

Further to your review, we will always look into any delayed or missing parcel for our customers and are very sorry to hear that your parcel has not been located yet. When Royal Mail tracked parcels are showing as successfully delivered we will always investigate with them to see if they have left the delivery with a neighbour or in a 'Safe Place' location for you as unfortunately on occasion the delivery agent can forget to leave a calling card.  We will be back in contact with you within 2-5 business days with the results of this investigation. DO NOT buy from here. Delivery took ages to turn up and when it did 1. The box was bashed 2. The product was NOT GENUINE. It was a Jean Paul Gaultier perfume which was a poor copy in terms of both packaging and smell. I have used this perfume every day for years so could tell straight away it was absolutely not genuine, especially obvious when comparing bottle/packaging to my genuine bottle. A full refund was given and will not be shopping here again.

Thank you for your review.   We are very sorry to hear that your order was damaged in transit. We are always happy to resolve such issues with either a replacement or as in this case a full refund. With regards to our stock authenticity, we purchase our Gaultier fragrances directly from the brand and therefore all our perfumes should arrive in pristine condition exactly as they would be if purchased from any high street store. However as with any type of product, on a rare occasion perfume can be damaged or have a fault such as a poor seal and if air can get into the product this can unfortunately affect the quality. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused on this occasion.

Sent my order to the wrong address no help what so ever from their customer services department. I still do not have the order that I paid for and I feel scammed quite frankly. Buyer beware. Pay with PayPal so you are guaranteed a refund if underhand tactics are used by this company

We are sorry to hear that you add the wrong address to your order. As your order had already been dispatched and tracked as being delivered successfully to the address given we were not able to offer to change the delivery address for you. We see that you have been in contact with us and we have started an investigation into this delivery with the Royal Mail on your behalf to see if they can help with this matter. As quoted these investigations take between 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays), to complete so we will contact you directly once we receive a response.

Ordered Lancome perfums for £77 and should get free gift but didn't.Contacted customer service and been told because I have used free next day code then can't have free gift however when went to buy the item on web was show free next day delivery and at checkout after when apply code for free delivery still show free gift then went trough and paid for it .They do not want to solve the issue to help you and post the free gift which is very sad as was gift for christmas and free delivery applied anyway if you buy over £20 product .This is very unprofessional company which not looking for customers at all

Further to your review, we do offer our Standard Delivery service Free of charge on all orders over £20. However the promotional code used on this occasion was for a Free Next Day delivery service. As is common with many of our competitors and stated on our Free Gifts Page, only 1 promotional offer can be applied per order. However we see that following your correspondence with our Customer Service Team you were sent out the Free Gift as a goodwill gesture and we see this was delivered prior to Christmas.

placed 2 separate orders over last 2 weeks for 2 bottles of boss femme,recieved 1boss bottled and 1boss red, seems like they send you what they want you to have not what you ordered.they don't answer emails either.rubbish

I ordered a product, money was deducted from my account BUT I never received order confirmation nor the product!!! Sent proof of deduction from my account but was informed I wouldn’t receive my money back nor the product. This is FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I am from the USA where money that is pocketed are convicted.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately the payment attempts failed at checkout so no payment was taken and the order did not complete. Please check with your card issuer again as no funds have been taken by us. When an order is successful an order reference will appear and a confirmation email is automatically sent. The order will also appear as successful and processing on your order history page when logged into your account.

Be very wary of this Companies claims with regard to pricing. In September 2019 I purchased two bottles of Givenchy Ysatis Eau de Toilette perfume (100ml) from this company priced at £51.65 per bottle, I also received an overall £10.00 discount on the full order. On November 23rd 2019 I received an email from All Beauty stating 'Black Friday Early Bird Offers' and 'Our Biggest savings of the Year' Givenchy Ysatis Eau de Toilette perfume is now priced at £50.80 per bottle - a huge Black Friday saving of 0.85pence per bottle (£4.15 more expensive if you include the September discount). Within minutes of searching the internet, I found this same perfume, not included a so called 'Black Friday Deal' priced at £92.70 for two bottles including 48hr delivery. A saving of just under £9.00. The lesson here is 'buyer beware and check prices before purchasing from this company'.

Further to your review, from time to time we do offer general discount codes that can be applied to a selection of brands and are not directly linked to a particular product. With regards to this particular brand as this is a high end range already offered at a reduced price, our Black Friday Saving on this product may not have seemed as substantial as some of our other savings. We are sorry for any disappoint felt on this occasion.

Absolute scam! Do not order!! Placed an order returned the next day as I didn’t receive the free items I thought I was entitled to so ordered elsewhere. Waited 2 weeks no refund and conveniently they have no return! Avoid!! Scam!!

Further to your review, the majority of our returns are processed within 4-8 business days from posting by our fulfilment warehouse facility. We see from your account that your order has now been received and refunded in full for you, however we apologise that this has been slightly slower than usual on this occasion. With regards to your free gift, unfortunately as you added a promotional code to receive a monetary discount on your order, in doing so you removed the promotional gift already added in your basket. As stated on our website only 1 promotional gift or promotional code can be applied per order as is common with a lot of our competitors. The link to our Terms and Conditions for this discount code is included on the promotional code banner on our website and also on our Free Gifts and Terms and Conditions pages.

We are sorry you were disappointed on this occasion. Unfortunately as stated on our website only 1 promotional gift or promotional discount code can be applied per order. If you apply a code after you have a gift added to your basket this will override the free gift and give you discount or item the newly applied code relates to instead. In this case it was a cash discount code that was applied and taken off your order total for you.

they sent me wrong product and they are arguing with me that is the same product when I bought regular and they send for matte complexation. instead of apologies I need to send them prove that they are tring to keep the lie a live. very bad costumer service! Hayley should work on her costumer skills just BAD SERVICE + TOOK MUCH MORE TIME TO ARRIVE THAN PROMISED

With regards to our delivery times for Israel, our site delivery aim is based on when the majority of orders are received. However on occasion a parcel can take slightly longer as a number of factors can affect the speed of transit of a parcel from the UK such as checks in Customs. I have been an All Beauty customer for some time now. I ordered a few bottles of perfume as I always do and the nozzle ended up being faulty. When I contacted customer services they were so not interested and offered a measly £2.00 even though this is now the second time this has happened with a second perfume. I like how All Beauty have responded to every single Trust Pilot review they really have time on their hands and are so desperate to keep customers coming in. Shame they don't pay attention at the time they should. I am still waiting for my refund up until now ! 🤬

Further to your review, we always appreciate our customers taking the time to leave us feedback and we try to reply to as many as possible in a timely manner. We have looked into your account and can see that you were refunded in full for the faulty bottle reported in 2016 as this was following just 2 weeks use. With regards to this bottle we see that you purchased this in May 2018 and advised us over a year later in June 2019 that the spray nozzle was now not working properly. After you informed us you had already used the majority of the perfume and as this order was older and the original price was £11.45 we then offered a £2 goodwill discount which was refunded back to your Paypal account in June 2019. If you are still unable to track this refund please let us know and we will be happy to forward the Paypal transaction number for this refund for you.

Still waiting for refund for parcel lost in transit from May 2 (which is about 1 MONTH and 2 WEEKS now) they shipped thru omni parcel which shows all 1 STAR reviews with many consumers claiming they r a scam and waiting for their parcels too.
