“Last time I had ABB I gave it a 5. I was so excited to order ABB again because of how absolutely moist it was. However this time, I took a bite and the first bite I could tell it was extremely dry. Without saying anything to my husband, I let him take a bite, and the first thing he said was how dry it was compared to last time. Super disappointing. Not sure I will order again because of the inconsistency.”

“My wife and I have been ordering for over a year now. The Banana Bread is always delicious and fresh, packaged well. We have also given these out as gifts. We enjoy all the different flavors but our favorites are the OREO, anything Crumb, and the Blondies. If you like Banana Bread, Allies will never disappoint.”

“My rating mostly has to do with shipping. I received my shipping notice on Thursday, which, according to the website, meant that my bread was likely shipped on Wednesday: "Yep! Once your package(s) reaches its first scanned destination, you will get an email with the tracking number. That means you will most likely get your shipping confirmation the day after it ships." I didn't receive my bread until the following Tuesday evening, which for a perishable good is simply too long to be in transit. I wasn't able to enjoy the bread once it did arrive.”

“I ordered several loaves as Christmas presents. Flavors included Oreo, Triple Chocolate, and Chocolate Chip. I had ordered Oreo and CC a few months ago and was so pleased I felt confident they would make great presents and they did! The bread came on time and were packed well. Every loaf was moist and not too sweet. Will definitely be buying again!”

“I have had consistent issues ordering from the ABB website. The first time, I got sent a chocolate chip loaf instead of a plain loaf for my very first order. Then, when I ordered a second time later in the future, my bread never came and I had to alert Allie via email that the bread never got sent (she did end up sending it). This happened a second time where I didn’t receive my bread and had to notify her about it. This time, I ordered on a Tuesday and didn’t receive my bread until the next week when it was supposed to be sent out the same week for a Christmas party.. needless to say I had no bread for the party. I did open up the bread to eat it myself and it was bone dry with no banana flavor. Just all around disappointed, and it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service as they either don’t respond or take days to respond in between each email.”
