“Not sure if I got a bad batch, but my breads were so dry and crumbly :( My previous order of the Snickerdoodle was so soft and moist! Wish that was the same for this order, especially since I ordered two 😭”

“Ugh disappointed with this! Read so much hype - and I found it was a little dry, dense, and lacking in flavor. The chocolate chip was significantly better than snickerdoodle. Unfortunately won’t be a repeat customer, especially at that price point, it’s better to make your own banana bread at home.”

“I had these shipped to my MIL for a Mother’s Day gift and she said, “4 so-so loaves thrown in a box. Not sure they were safe to eat” I’m so disappointed bc I had sent some to relatives for Christmas. I guess I should have asked what they thought before purchasing again!”

“Very fun gift idea! (gave the emoji "treat" to a friend, shared the red velvet chip banana bread w/family & friends) The bread smelled amazing but was very dense for our liking. We love red velvet but weren't a fan of this red velvet/banana bread fusion. Considering trying the original flavor but hoping the density isn't the norm for Allie's Banana Bread.”

“Last time I had ABB I gave it a 5. I was so excited to order ABB again because of how absolutely moist it was. However this time, I took a bite and the first bite I could tell it was extremely dry. Without saying anything to my husband, I let him take a bite, and the first thing he said was how dry it was compared to last time. Super disappointing. Not sure I will order again because of the inconsistency.”

“I have had consistent issues ordering from the ABB website. The first time, I got sent a chocolate chip loaf instead of a plain loaf for my very first order. Then, when I ordered a second time later in the future, my bread never came and I had to alert Allie via email that the bread never got sent (she did end up sending it). This happened a second time where I didn’t receive my bread and had to notify her about it. This time, I ordered on a Tuesday and didn’t receive my bread until the next week when it was supposed to be sent out the same week for a Christmas party.. needless to say I had no bread for the party. I did open up the bread to eat it myself and it was bone dry with no banana flavor. Just all around disappointed, and it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service as they either don’t respond or take days to respond in between each email.”

“Extremely overpriced for the quality. I spent over 30 dollars on one loaf of banana bread between the cost and shipping, for it to be kind of bland, not very sweet, and all one texture. It wasn’t bad, just would never buy again.”
