“Not sure how it happened but the wrong product came, it was only £ 4 so didnt bother to send it back,,, All i can say is make doubly sure you are ordering what exactly you want”

“Good product but let themselves down by not replying to my email asking for refund of the 5.95 next day delivery charge that failed to turn up.. they just ignored my email completely”

“Products turned up with parts missing, email communications kind of suck. Had to keep asking them to honour a 10% first time order discount which never meterialised, not heard from them in about a week about the missing parts - kinda given up on it all now.”

“Boots seemed lovely but wrong size. Had to pay for their return which was expensive. Not likely to buy from them again as cost of possible returns too prohibitive”

“Used Topcashback to make an alloutdoor purchase, as the repeat customer rate of 2%. The purchase tracked and was registered with TopCashback with the correct transaction price, but zero cashback. Won't be buying from Alloutdoor again.”
