“Orders I placed are kind of going ok so far. A couple of problems. I've yet to report. As if somethings not to you, with this supplier it can often just be it's coming from another location of theirs, in a separate parcel. So not worried yet that I'm missing two items.”

“The actual comfort of the mattress is very good but unfortunately the deflating valve came out even before being used. But as it was needed for camping trip almost immediately we had to buy some strong glue to mend it - not the sort of thing that should have happened for a mattress of such caliber and price!!”

“It's my first time shopping with Allloutdoor, the delivery was quick. But I only purchased 1 small item (Travel sized laundry sheets) but the postage was quick expensive. For small sized item, I will think twice before shopping with them again. Thanks”

“The item I received was not as described it was not as shown in the image from which I bought it. The tape which I bought should have been in a red plastic container for safe keeping. The tape I received was just loose in the package. Wether or not it was of the same quality only time will tell. If I had returned it I would have had to pay for the postage so I didn’t bother.”

“The service overall was good but the returns policy was a bit outdated (not to mention expensive!) There was no option to return it via collect + etc so had to arrange for it to be returned via Hermes which cost just over £8. This was good though compared to the quote I got via Royal mail though which was £14!. Then when I checked the amount put back into my account there was approximately £3 less refunded than I had paid for the goods so another £3 down on an order that I didn't even unwrap or keep!”
