I ordered 12 embroidered Jersey Knit Polo Shirts with AllStar Logo (Order #93075), four different sizes (4 small, 3 medium, 3 large, and 2 extra large). Thankfully, I didn’t order more. First, I received them with a 11-12 day delay. I placed the order on May 2. The website said I will receive them arund May 8-9. I received them on May 20. Second, all of the shirts are oversized. Usually, I wear a medium, but only the small shirt fits me somewhat snug. Nowhere on their website did it mention these shirts run large! Third, the overall quality of the shirts is low - material is thin.
Fourth, I tried to resolve this issue for over two weeks by contacting customer service, but the representative simply stopped responding to my emails. Overall, it was a terrible experience!”

THEY made the error so we should be compensated 100% or a better business practice would be to send us the CORRECT product we ordered. Avoid this company at all costs.
We sent in a $1500 order for embroidered hoodies, and they embroidered a completely incorrect color. Their "iron clad guarantee" is all a lie.
Not only did they refuse to correct the mistake (they offered a 5% discount on a future order LOL), they stopped replying to phone calls and emails, forcing us to go to our bank and request a chargeback.
Then they have the audacity to send us to collections for the money they scammed out of us! It's honestly laughable that a company can operate in this manner and have quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Give your business to literally any other company out there, don't make the same mistake we did.”

“Horrible service. Paid for rush shipping, was giving a deliver by date. Now it's a week after that date and I still ave no shirts and no tracking. Support said they would refund the rush charge and that hasn't happened either. Starting to think this is a scam.”
“I had a good experience with my company's first order of golf shirts from AllStar Logo. No issues - I was able to order online. Then we ordered 15 backpacks with embroidery. We requested and it was confirmed by AllStar Logo that the bags would have two logos on them. The backpacks arrived and only had one logo, which was smaller than initially communicated by AllStar. I called to inquire about the missing logo. I was transferred twice before I got to someone who could help and had to repeat the issue multiple times since no communication was relayed between the people I spoke with. When I finally spoke with someone, he told me there was no way they could embroider the logo where requested, which I understood once I saw the bag in person. However, no communication was sent prior to them processing the order. Also, no apology was given. They did say they would refund the set up charge of the second logo. They did not address the issue of one logo being smaller than initially communicated. Also, I ordered 15 bags and am still waiting for the other 7 to arrive. I called to try and get tracking, but the only person who could help was out to lunch, so I had to leave a voicemail. I will not be doing business with this company again.”
