“We've been extremely disappointed by the service and lack of integrity from AllStar Logos. My company ordered polo golf shirts specifically 60%poly/40% cotton blend. We received 90% cotton which will not work for our needs. I reached out to customer service THREE times before anyone responded, only to say they would reimburse us just 20% WHAT?!?! THEY made the error so we should be compensated 100% or a better business practice would be to send us the CORRECT product we ordered. They seem to not care about making things right and unapologetic to the fact that their error caused us to not be able to deliver these promotional items on time. Never recommend this company! Dishonest and pathetic..”

Avoid this company at all costs.
We sent in a $1500 order for embroidered hoodies, and they embroidered a completely incorrect color. Their "iron clad guarantee" is all a lie.
Not only did they refuse to correct the mistake (they offered a 5% discount on a future order LOL), they stopped replying to phone calls and emails, forcing us to go to our bank and request a chargeback.
Then they have the audacity to send us to collections for the money they scammed out of us! It's honestly laughable that a company can operate in this manner and have quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Give your business to literally any other company out there, don't make the same mistake we did.”
“Horrible service. Paid for rush shipping, was giving a deliver by date. Now it's a week after that date and I still ave no shirts and no tracking. Support said they would refund the rush charge and that hasn't happened either. Starting to think this is a scam.”

I needed specific color and sizes, and ordered those exact items per the website description and was sent completely different size and materials. The only thing they got right were the colors. I emailed with zero response. I called and spoke to Evan who was rude, interrupted me repeatedly and kept speaking over me. They offered to refund my money minus shipping , once they received the items back, also at my expense. Why should I have to pay for shipping either direction for merchandise I did not order....”
