I feel that this is deception on the manufacturers part. I do want to state that I do not find All Vet Supply to be responsible.”

“I order a supplement for my dog that needs to be kept cold in transit. Previously I'd purchased this product from another website which promised to pack it in ice to withstand the time in transit and arrive at my door cold. Well, it was the most half-assed packaging job I ever saw, and the product was not only room temp when I got it, it was also soaking wet from the condensation on the ice packs, which were just thrown into the open box and not secured around the product. All Vet said they'd package my order properly - I ordered extra ice packs - and I couldn't have done it better myself. Not only that, it got here in two days, and it was COLD. I was very impressed overall and will order this product (and others) from them from now on.”

“I received the chews in today's mail! Thank you so much for your quick response! I had been ordering these from Amazon for a few dollars more ($52.78 plus $4.35 for tax; no S&H since the order was over $50). The first order that Amazon sent me was clumped together. I kept them thinking that it was a fluke & didn't return it or complain. Instead, between my wife & I, we broke them apart as best as we could. When it was time to reorder, I decided to try Amazon again since I never sent a complaint & I was buying something else in addition to the chews. The next replacement order was clumped also so I returned them with an explanation as to why I was returning them, giving Amazon a chance to correct it. But the replacement to the replacement was clumped also so I returned them for a refund. Your shipment arrived & without opening them I could tell that they were not clumped! What a relief! Also, while trying to correct this problem with Amazon, we were down to our last chew when this order arrived.”
