“Spent a bit of time thinking about whether to do a review or not. Truthfully, I wasn’t impressed with the process and the result. I wished there was more transparency around cost - I was quoted something different via text and then in person it would be more and I took your word that the cups moving was normal. When the dress slipped the cups became visible - no matter what I tried to stick them down. I now have photos from my wedding where this can be seen. I also had a second opinion which confirmed that this never should have happened… This was incredibly disappointing even more so considering the alterations ended up costing more than the dress. I also wish that I was consulted about the removal of the boning from the dress - particularly given this was done after I noticed that the rounding around the bust was uneven. I think this could have been managed so much better and I wish there was more transparency around pricing and cost. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.”

Any boning removed we always sew it back so I'd be interested to look into your notes to see why it was removed and not put back. Quotations via texts are estimated as we do not give out quotes without looking at the dress in-person, and this gets said with our messages.
