My delivery was incomplete. I ordered 3 VENN creams but only received 2. I have been trying to contact Alyaka Customer Service for 1 month now. But I have received no reply.

“My latest order has not arrived, two weeks after placing it. Customer services do not answer emails. The reviews praising management are suspicious at best; you aren’t able to contact anyone. Agree with other reviewers and now believe this is a ghost company. Do not use.”

I used this site like 3 years ago, sometimes got delayed order but still not as bad as this time that no one answer email, no order update, etc. I wonder if the company turned to a ghost website and fraud or scam!”
“I will not recommend this company. I have made an order on 16th Sept, it’s still not been dispatched. I have send 8-9 emails requesting them to confirm when will the order be dispatched, but no response yet (even though their website claims that they reply to all emails within 24-48 hours). I have also tried contacting them via their contact form on website, the chat option on their website and on Facebook, but have not received any response. I have no idea if and when will my purchase be dispatched. I wouldn’t trust This company as I think they are a fraud ghost company. They take your money and then disappear. I will advise any one reading this review to not buy anything from this company.”
“Placed an order on January 3rd but never received the package! Today is February 18th. When I checked the Royal Mail tracking number, it showed that it had been delivered to me. I didn't receive the package and the local post office said it hadn't even arrived in my country. I wrote to customer support many times and never got a response! I won't order from this site again.”
“It’s been over 14 days and I’m still waiting for a product which was ordered on the 14th and it’s now the 30th.
I’ve sent countless emails asking for an update and to date no one has been bothered to reply. I’ve asked for a refund. Again totally ignored. Will be taking them through the small claims courts soon !”
“Really really bad experience!!! The order was shipped more than a week later than stated at the time of ordering. I received my order after two months. I paid the VAT and all the fees to the store when I ordered and yet my order was held up by customs, to whom I had to pay an additional €10 in VAT.The customer support does not communicate with me, I was told that my money will be refunded if I send them the proof of payment, but after that they stopped replying again I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!”
