Lovely products and fantastic service. One part of my order did not arrive, and once I contacted Amara, it was immediately reordered, and arrived as scheduled - thank you Adam for all your help. Would definitely recommend Amara for their quality products.

I love their precious pieces. Amara’s various , unique products satisfy customers’ needs. I bought ashtray with a gift card included and the employee from the customer service is more than helpful to complete my order. Thank you Jack for your kindness and help. Thank you AMARA for your choices.

I judge customer service not only on the service i receive at the point of sale but at the ability of the staff to respond and deal with any query or concern i may have about my order. Emily at AMARA was superb. Her ability and professionalism is a true asset to her employers and i would not hesitate to buy again from AMARA. Superior products and after sales service. Well done!

A candle I ordered from Amara arrived broken, I sent some pics in and an explanation and had such a speedy, helpful and positive response from Daisy. Unlike some other companies who would question you further or request you send the item back before receiving a new one, Daisy arranged for an immediate replacement which reached me the next day. I was so surprised and delighted by both the efficiency and speed of the service. I will definitely recommend Amara and would certainly shop with them again safe in the knowledge that they would be happy to help me with any problems. Thank you again Amara and Daisy!

Ordered some rum glasses unfortunately one was chipped. There customer service was excellent and they sent me a replacement by express delivery. The customer service agent Jack was amazing

I would just like to say what fantastic customer service I’ve had from Amara I had a delivery a couple of days ago that had something missing I emailed in to customer service and they sent me out a replacement which reached me the next day great customer service definitely use Amara again

I received an item that was defective and contacted customer service. The issue was resolved very quickly by providing free shipping for the return and a full refund. The customer service is excellent and everything was dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Would highly recommend this online company.

The customer service is excellent, staff are very helpful and friendly. I called to amend my order and it was sorted straight away. To be honest, it’s my first time to order from Amara and it’s good stuff and excellent service! I can recommend this to everyone!

My items arrived faulty and I contacted customer service and they dealt with my query efficiently and sent me out replacement products straight away. I would recommend Amara and I look forward to shopping again. Very happy customer. Jack was very helpful.

There are no free international returns even though it was blatantly stated that returns were free on every single item page. I was sent an item that looked vastly different from what was being represented on the picture, and very ugly too. I was told to ship back the item at my own cost if i wanted a refund. Customer service is still back and forth on this matter, and they are not the quickest to respond. Asked me for all sorts of photographs too. The item was $170+, shipping back via DHL would cost me around the same price or more. I have to suck it up and keep that ugly looking thing. So international buyers, be 1000000% sure you are fine with this.

bad customer serives.. I didnt recieve my order!!!! it’s been a month now.. And If you email them, they didnt have any update and they dont know where is the shipment... and they refused to give a refund amount of £400... And If you call them no one is answering !!! they is really the last time to order from them!!
