“Thieves - I paid for a cutlery set and received an empty box. Someone and somewhere in transit between Birmingham UK and Brisbane Australia has stolen the goods. Amara and DHL say they fully investigated but have no evidence to show that the box was not swapped or interfered with and are refusing to credit or replace. They have made me the victim.”

“Matthew in customer service was awesome! I accidentally ordered the wrong size Pendleton blanket during a late night online shopping adventure. He quickly resolved my issue in an effective and efficient manner. Will definitely shop Amara in the future based on my first experience.”

“Great service. One of the items was damaged on arrival and the problem was dealt with with great care and efficiently by Jack and the team at AMARA. I can't fault their customer service. Well done AMARA, It makes such a pleasant change from the norm. The items were all well packaged and came on time as promised.”

“I recently bought a Kartell Gnomi Stool - Attila from Amara, which was a present for my sister in Scandinavia. As promised, the gift arrived on time as promised and was then shipped onward to my sister's address. The item arrived in the UK on a Thursday and was with my sister the following Monday, so was amazed how quick the turnaround was. My sister was equally amazed, first and foremost by the careful wrapping and presentation of her gift, including a printed card with her name on that she was really impressed by. :-) There are three things I have taken from the shopping experience with Amara: one is the very superb customer service and follow up emails about where the order is. The second is the attention to detail with the presentation of the gift which impressed my sister and the third is the convenience of being able to ship to another country, which saves me the hassle of having to do it myself. I highly recommend this superb service.”

“Amara products are beautiful. I've placed 2 orders. I didn't pay attention to the size of a gorgeous placemat I purchased, so am returning all 12 of them - they are too small for what I'm seeking. I had website order return issues because I had done my ordering as a "guest" instead of setting up an account, so contacted your customer service through the chat feature. "Jack" quickly solved my issue, sending me a return label via email. While your website functionality could improve, Jack was great and your products are high end and truly lovely.”

“World beating customer services that made it a real pleasure to buy from them, they are friendly courteous very knowledgeable on the products they sell of quality affordable prices, I have had one of the best experiences of all time from these people, I wish all the success in the world they deserve it for delivering such an experience that will make me come back. “Fabulous customer service, products and delivery. Our items arrived quickly and were extremely well packaged. Unfortunately however one of the items was damaged upon opening, presumably it had a small fault/crack, and when I contacted Amara Jack was so helpful and he arranged for a replacement to be sent with express delivery. Winton our order we had 6 beautiful champagne flutes too which all arrived in one piece! I cannot fault one thing and will definitely be buying more from Amara . The quality of the items and customer service are outstanding.”

“I give this company 5 stars. I give them even though the item I ordered was not the correct one. Mistakes happen, the customer service was impeccable from Leah who swiftly dealt with the issue. She sourced why and replaced my product swifty and it was upgraded at no extra charge as original item was out of stock. The communication was great, the collection and redelivery fast. I would 100% recommend this company. Well done on outstanding customer service.”

“Amara is my ‘go to’ website for a fabulous selection of home furnishings. Wide choice and, just as important, a varying price range.
