“You sell me a generator, take my money, then cancel the order and tell me I cancelled it, then I have to call repeatedly to get my money back. Thank god I had paypal on my side or I would probably still be trying to my money back.”

“The generator was delivered broken and Amazing Generators did not helped me at all, claiming I reported the damage more than 30 days after purchase. I did not tried to star this generator right away so I could not see a bolt holding the end housing had broken.”

“Ordered 2 Champion inverter generators. One came damaged, thinking from something during shipping. Was in a bind and leaving for a trip and needed the new generator prior to AG receiving the damaged unit. I sent pics of the damaged unit and AG sent out the new generator right away. Great customer service and it was greatly appreciated!”

“The generator had a broken oil drain and an oil puddle inside the original sealed shipping box plus after fixing oil drain did not function properly and your company wanted me to pay for returning a factory defective generator. Only option left was take it to Grekory in Puerto Rico for guaranty repair.”

“never got informed that generator was on back order,then this was the option"if you want to cancel,go ahead" or We can deliver in 3 business days...never happend so I cancelled.There are a million places to buy a generator thanks,POOR MANAGEMENT!”

“THE GENERATOR WAS AS EXPECTED AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. WHILE I UNDERSTAND AMAZING GENERATORS DOES NOT MANUFACTURE THE GENERATOR, I THINK THEY SHOULD PRESSURE THE MANUFACTURER TO PUT THE WHEELS AND HANDLES ON BEFORE SHIPPING.”
