There is a Whitby Ontario warehouse and it has to be the most laziest unorganized establishment in the history of warehousing. Orders taken then sit on it for a day or two overiding thw Amazons system. Pure BS."

"Another dumb delivery driver today left my package right in the middle of the driveway so that if I back my car out of the garage I would crush it. Can't these guys step out of their van and walk a few feet to put it to the doorway or to the sides of the driveway? At least not to the middle of the driveway. Last time a guy did this here from Amazon. He dropped it off his window. Didn't even open the door and then when he backed up he cranked his wheel and he drove right over the package and broke the contents inside. I put a big complaint in to Amazon and they couldn't believe the guy did that so they were going to check into it. And here I have another one today. These guys just totally lazy."

"They keep recharging me months later for items I returned and was refunded and have no reasons given. Even when I ask they will not say why. I even have had to fill out forms and wait for investigations. I shop and spend many thousands yearly ! Absolutely no support and no loyalty. Support is so hard to get too as well."
