"Amazon shipping is a fraud shipping company . And its delivery boys are also all fraud. They attempt fake delivery every time. Neither do they reach the customer nor do they call them or attempt delivery. It has happened many times but this is not the first time it has happened to us."

"I give the delivery address, I pay, after a week of waiting for the courier who marks non-existent contact attempts, the product is undeliverable. 1) The courier made money on deliveries that were never made, 2) who benefits of the money in deposit for 10 days? Amazon delivery was in Arambol, Madgao (India, Goa) sorting Center. I have an Indian cell phone number which is active. “Tracking ID:248183149073:: Step by step you are telling the transit details of the product ordered.But when it reaches the destination (per yr own statement) you just say sorry,it will take another one week.That means either you are lying from day one or there is some problem at the destination end.My order which was supposed to reach Chennai by 15/10/2020,is delayed by one more week. “As an ardent fan of Amazon!!! I am shocked with this!!! The Earpods were ordered from Amazon. Amazon parcel was already partially opened, I ignored the same thinking maybe it was opened to check by officials due to the lithium battery warning, but then I open the package and the boult box is bent and frayed, on opening the box, the entire Earpods holder and pods were unhygienic, scratched, damaged , they had ear wax on it, like its already used, which is disgusting to another level, I dint even want to touch it and try to see if it's working any further, in times like this with Covid19 when hygiene levels have to be at its best this is what I receive, it's just horridly disappointing. I have ordered the same Earpods in black one month back from Amazon there was no issues and they were superb, but what happened now. I have already initiated for a return with Amazon. But this is horrible, It has surely left a bad image and I am compelled to look for another option just because of this incident. When I tried to reach out to them via a review and complain, they blocked my account from writing reviews and don't revert go my calls or chat support saying we'll get back to you!!! What happened Amazon ????????”

“Hi Their, Who ever is taking care for this dptmnt.I have always order's many product's from Amazon.Keeping in mind the most trusted e-commerce site.Keeping trust and the mention time I am always Happy.This time the product which i order who's date was 25th July So far not received the order.When i called the customer care on 25th was not got proper information from the Customer care.Today 27th I called again to check on my parcel.I got reply and email Which was not acceptable from Amazon.This made me not to trust on Amazon for any products which they deliver.I am attaching the details for the same.If you sell the products and later you mention its out of stock after the order placed and the deliver time on the day which suppose to be received.Highly not accepted.I need the order or Will not be able purchase any products from you here after.”

During COVID19 I bought some containers from a seller who sent me wrong sizes and different lids. The seller never got back to me and Amazon offered me RS30.”

“I was so disappointed with Amazon India service. I ordered a Mobile with prepaid and waited 10 days. But the item was returned to the seller from the place where the delivery place just before the scheduled delivery date. Spoke to the customer service agent but he wasn’t clarified with his response instead of saying the money will return to you and I can order again. It happened today and I wanting my money back ASAP and will never purchase or recommend amazon India.”
