"I am an Amazon prime member from last few years in 2 countries (India $ US). I have placed an order on Amazon.in (order number: 407-7784428-8405169) which was rudely cancelled by courier man (maybe it is heavy). Then I ordered another item on 31 mar which suppose to receive by 2nd April. However it is not delivered yet and getting rescheduled on every day with new OTP. It is very frustrating especially for prime member, I think I wasted my money in prime membership."

"I had a highly disappointing experience with a lady from Amazon's Specialist team today. Her approach was unhelpful, and at times, even rude, making the resolution process frustrating.\r\n\r\nAmazon seems to have little control over its vendors and the quality of products they deliver. Over the past six months, I have had to return multiple laptops and extended warranty purchased for the laptops due to various issues. This has caused unnecessary hassle and inconvenience. I ordered a laptop for one of our offices three times, returned it twice and the third order has been delivered with an unlicensed version of MS Office!!!\r\n\r\nI sincerely hope Amazon takes serious measures to improve vendor accountability and enhance customer experience.\r\n\r\nThank you."

“Amazon India is not Amazon anymore... The behaviour of staff is drastically changed from customer centric to ignorance and non co-operation with customers issue and concerns. The refund period is changed. It's no more 24*7. They have office hours like government office does. I tried connecting with live agent on 19th Jan 2025 at 6am. Where the computer said No Agent is Available at this time and give an options for 1) try back later, 2) Never mind and a few more, Sorry!!! I couldnt take the screen shot of that. But I will upload what I took just for a proof. SAY NO TO AMAZON.”

“Worst service. My tracking id is 346701803190. They have been messaging me for two days that the product will be delivered today. And after 8 pm at night they show that they have not contacted me. This has been happening continuously for two days. This is worst service and there is no one to ask. ऐसी सर्विस देने वालों को इंडिया से बाहर कर देना चाहिए।”

“Delivered items were came in totally damaged boxes and products were spilled all over in the box plus the seal was taken off and bleach was took off and filled with water. There is no smell of bleach.Same thing happened with Harpic.”

They reschedule it 5 times in a month by saying pickup is not ready but truth is that product is always ready from 1st day of return generated in the end they said investigation declined but there is no reason why they are not picking up the refrigerator.”

“Amazon India has proved to be a big scam. My order of iphone13 , order placed on 12th Oct’24 with a paid next delivery but it wasn’t delivered till 16th Oct ‘24. There was neither any information from Amazon reg the delivery, on repeated follow ups over chat /call only thing they did was apologising and gave false assurances. I cancelled the order on 16th Oct’24. They held my money for 7days and then refunded. Horrible experience with Amazon. Be aware of their traps and false promises, never trust with prepaid order or paid deliveries. Moreover, no security in buying expensive product as they don’t have open box delivery also. BE AWARE”

“I have been an Amazon Prime member & a prolific shopper for many years. Previously, the Returns process on Amazon.in was smooth & efficient. Of late, returns are being rejected & not being picked up by Amazon carriers for no valid reason. It happened to me 4 times in the last couple of months & I had to call up Customer Service for assistance. I have now decided to shop local as far as possible & not renew my Prime membership, going forward. Amazon, you have lost a loyal customer.”

“The worst shopping experience from Amazon India. I will never buy from this site and it's a warning for others too. I placed 6 items on order for phone accessories and two of my items are wrong orders and one overpriced!!! I paid 8000+ for phone cover for A24 ultra and checking the product once it reaches me, the inside cover says patent pending, what a fraud?!!!!! There's an algorithm that works with this site that plays with the price as we browse on their items. What a scamming site, will never come back here again, lots of hatred from Bhutan for this site. Shameless”

“You can change the worst shipping instead of Amazon shipping. I bought some items from Muruliwale and the package to be delivered on before 30-07-24,i got a message from amazon, item's will be delivered today (28--07-2024) and out for delivery, then I got message at around 9pm same day, CUSTOMER REFUSED, delivery person not attempted to delivery at home and no one called me, how the delivery person updated customer refused. Again am rescheduled for next day, again same update. After waiting 10 days, I went to amazon warehouse located at Chikkabegur Bangalore, I met one security lady, she asked tracking ID,then started their work to find out where is the package, after two hours around 3 to 4 staffs are find out with damaged packages. Then one Mr, MD Golam, he is the staff of Amazon warehouse, said this is the your package, if you want you can take or leave it. But I asked him, it's already damaged I want know that my item is there in package. But he refused to check and told that we are not bother about your package, if your item is missing that's your responsible. If you are not able to deliver the item, why you are doing shipping services.”

“Whoever and using this amazon app or their e-commerce (AWS is going down too), you are gonna loose your money. Amazon is misplacing your order and inform you there is no refund or return. In my case i order a keyboard which costs rs.1699 and i got bata shoe of rs.999(they are selling it for rs699). And there is no return and refund. I am paying emi of rs.1699 + interest every month. If you choose to avoid this scammer platform and seller you and your savings will be good.”

“I order 02 Books, at my Office Address, which is landmark in town, no body calls me, no body delivered the items and now the account says delivered back to sender and no money is refunded, What is this, absolutely atrocious, U cant log in complaint as there ia chat box which changed 05 associates in 27 minutes, the delivery staff is abd as the chat staff, in a job if one does this he /she would be fired, shouldnt be stop buying from them, we chase them for product and when product is not delivered for our money”

“I give the delivery address, I pay, after a week of waiting for the courier who marks non-existent contact attempts, the product is undeliverable. 1) The courier made money on deliveries that were never made, 2) who benefits of the money in deposit for 10 days? Amazon delivery was in Arambol, Madgao (India, Goa) sorting Center. I have an Indian cell phone number which is active. So, if there are problems with a delivery, why does not anyone call me??? “Myself purchased a Larah by Borosil Dinnesrset on 30th June 2023 and they promised delivery on 1st July. As a it is a gift, to be used on 2nd July Morning. Amazon team changed the delivery schedule even after my 6 calls to customer care on 1st July 2023 evening, they changed the schedule and delivered the Item on 2nd July 2023 afternoon. As of a late delivery, it is unusable now, my self booked return and they picked the item on 3rd July. after that, my repeated chat and call to customer care, i didn't got the refund till date. On today, 21st July 2023 - there promised date of refund - I didn't got the refund or any assurance yet”

The item os dispatced from Tiruvallur to Coimbatore, Logically it should take just 1 or 2 days to reach me. “I had the worst experience with Amazon India on two of my recent orders, placed in Dec 2022. Both these orders were guaranteed delivery orders. Apparently both these deliveries were running late, so the Amazon delivery played a very interesting game. They declared both these packages damaged and said they are being returned to the seller. “Despite having been a customer of Amazon over 9 years, Amazon keeps sending verification messages. And SMS does not arrive. I cannot approve the notification and hence locked out. Cannot login from a PC or Mobile. Till a day before, I could at least login from App. That time, company sent notification of approval on app, not mobile. And app login approval notification was sent on mobile. At that time, I discussed with executives at a length. Today, I can sign in neither from PC nor mobile.”
