Amazon shipping is a fraud shipping company . And its delivery boys are also all fraud. They attempt fake delivery every time. Neither do they reach the customer nor do they call them or attempt delivery. It has happened many times but this is not the first time it has happened to us.

I give the delivery address, I pay, after a week of waiting for the courier who marks non-existent contact attempts, the product is undeliverable. 1) The courier made money on deliveries that were never made, 2) who benefits of the money in deposit for 10 days? Amazon delivery was in Arambol, Madgao (India, Goa) sorting Center. I have an Indian cell phone number which is active. So, if there are problems with a delivery, why does not anyone call me??? Hi Amazon, I have order on Thursday a Bluetooth device but unfortunately it's defective I raise a compliant from my end but your representative said give 24/48 hrs our specialist team working but three no revert then I raise again complain then another executive told me mention your bank details then will call you then again I raise compliant another excutive told me give me 3/4 days will you link and update your product details Already waste my time 3/4 days there is no response then how I allow you to give more time waste my money

Very 3rd grade service my order# 408-9204180-6837118 their agent without visiting to me remarks that reciepent reject to accept. Better than amazon local shopping apps like meesho myntra etc. Are the best. Playstore doesnt have zero star option eighter i would have been given that for their 3rd class service.

Myself purchased a Larah by Borosil Dinnesrset on 30th June 2023 and they promised delivery on 1st July. As a it is a gift, to be used on 2nd July Morning. Amazon team changed the delivery schedule even after my 6 calls to customer care on 1st July 2023 evening, they changed the schedule and delivered the Item on 2nd July 2023 afternoon. As of a late delivery, it is unusable now, my self booked return and they picked the item on 3rd July. after that, my repeated chat and call to customer care, i didn't got the refund till date. On today, 21st July 2023 - there promised date of refund - I didn't got the refund or any assurance yet

My Order(407-6873856-9173130) for Sony XB 23 is delibrately getting delayed just becaue I have not renewed the Prime membership. The item os dispatced from Tiruvallur to Coimbatore, Logically it should take just 1 or 2 days to reach me. But it is not yet been dispatced for delivery from CBE delivery center even though it reached there on Friday itself. Very Rude customer care too

I had the worst experience with Amazon India on two of my recent orders, placed in Dec 2022. Both these orders were guaranteed delivery orders. Apparently both these deliveries were running late, so the Amazon delivery played a very interesting game. They declared both these packages damaged and said they are being returned to the seller. When I called the customer service team to check they made up many stories like saying the address was unreachable. If people need more clarification connect on Rghosh1976@gmail.com

Despite having been a customer of Amazon over 9 years, Amazon keeps sending verification messages. And SMS does not arrive. I cannot approve the notification and hence locked out. Cannot login from a PC or Mobile. Till a day before, I could at least login from App. That time, company sent notification of approval on app, not mobile. And app login approval notification was sent on mobile. At that time, I discussed with executives at a length. Today, I can sign in neither from PC nor mobile.

Worst services guys don't trust this people, Two incident once I purchased juice jar it was not meeting quality parameter so I placed for return no one called nor the order was picked up. Recently I bought a product which was delivered Nov 2 , got delivered with in 2 to 3 days now when I returned because of the small size, we are on 10th still not picked up . My question his when a product can be delivered with 2 to 3 days. Why can't it get picked with same timeline. When called customer care they are saying it will get picked on 12th Nov. Stop trusting this people and look out with other services who are better.

New Type of fraud by Amazon, wrong commitment on mail . Product return on 16th Oct 2022. But return not got . I call on 1-11-2022. and again return initiated by Amazon staff Mr Robin.return should be received till 6th Nov 2022 before 11.59 pm. But still not received. Again I called to customer care they told that refund was not initiated by Amazon. Today your refund stared and you will receive within 3 to 5 working days. Think they people just misguided me since 1 month.

As a Prime customer they gave me pathetic service from Amazon. Fake Estimated date displayed from Amazon app and almost month period to deliver the items. And from the amazon customer executive said that we need to cancel the items and re-order the same items. We all need to repeat the purchase order. Dispointing customer service support from Amazon.

Fellow Indians using Amazon for years may too have realized that its customer support has been rapidly down spiralling in India. Amazon India’s Customer support is becoming more and more agonizing. A company which claims to be Earth’s most customer centric company, now just places the customer in the centre and harasses and abuses them from all directions ! So much so for being Customer Centric now ! From Oct-22 they have disabled replacement/return option as well. You can click on it, go through the usual fill-in of boxes and tick-marks and after submit you shall realize that replacement/return no longer works. Now, it's just a corrupt company with no customer support. They just appreciate your patience & ask you to have some more indefinitely. For the last defective product they delivered, 8 picks were scheduled by Delhivery, 4 times they promised refund if the next pick up fails, talked to 12 of their executives, interacted with 17, twice filed complaints with National Consumer Helpline, and then in Consumer Commission. Amazon India brazenly violates Consumer Protection Act 2019 & Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules 2020 now. Note that 2020 rules make it mandatory for e-marketplace operators to provide for return and refunds.

Product is not delivery on time in metro city also.. my product suppose to delivered on 21st September after 7 days means it's 28th September still not get my product Try to fool people by commit date.. All the home appliances are refurbished. If you will inspect properly there will some dent and open box inspection is best way to cheat because in a minute you can’t inspect everything and after that there will be no replacement or refund.

No option to give zero and only thus putting 1 star.. the worst customer support ever seen online. Flipkart has much better customer support. The so called customer support team is a bunch of waste hiring. Amazon has shown 1 day delivery and will collect cash from customer and the next day will change the delivery from 1 day to 1 & 1/2 months of fast magic delivery.

I bought 2 beds from Amazon. 1. Amazon Brand - Solimo Mars Queen Engineered Wood Regular Bed With Storage (Wenge Finish, Brown) (ORDER # 404-5441768-0815552) and 2. V Create Store King Size Engineered Wood Platform Designer LED Fitted Headboard Bed with Side Tables and Storage. (ORDER # 404-1540671-5563566) After delivery of the 2 products I had an horrifying experience with the products as no technician was sent by Amazon for installation after the technician was also appointed. For the Amazon Solimo product after raising several requests and complaints they got back to me by stating the I get it done from a 3rd party installer. The third party installer charged a bomb. Please be careful about buying this product from Amazon. For the V Create Store product they informed me that it's a DIY and In can do the installation at home and then they sent me a video of the installation. In the delivery parcels there were items missing. They said that they will dispatch the items and also requested me to get the installation done by some third party.The third party installer again charged a bomb. Please be careful about buying this product from V Create / Amazon. This is the first time I am facing this type of an issue with Amazon. Now I have decided that I will not buy a product from amazon

Unprofessional staff, thugs, fraud company. My ordered products (for which I made advance payment) were not delivered; instead, a different product was provided; despite several calls/emails (with pictures of what was sent and what was expected), no one on the Amazon team is listening. The customer care team shut the call on my face and didn't let me explain my point. Highly disappointed. I hope my message reaches to the top so that they know what their field teams are doing.
