"Amazon shipping is a fraud shipping company . And its delivery boys are also all fraud. They attempt fake delivery every time. Neither do they reach the customer nor do they call them or attempt delivery. It has happened many times but this is not the first time it has happened to us."

"I give the delivery address, I pay, after a week of waiting for the courier who marks non-existent contact attempts, the product is undeliverable. 1) The courier made money on deliveries that were never made, 2) who benefits of the money in deposit for 10 days? Amazon delivery was in Arambol, Madgao (India, Goa) sorting Center. I have an Indian cell phone number which is active. “I ordered a monitor, which came late as well as I booked return the item, but no one turn up to take the item, and still I haven't got my refund. when I called Amazon, they told me that they can't give the refund unless the item has to return to their office. last one week I m waiting for them to come and collect. If they didn't take return, is that my problem? how they can hold my refund, becoz they didn't take the item?”

“Is Amazon officially duping its customers? Had heard stories about customers receiving toys instead of the high end mobiles and electronic gadgets they had ordered from Amazon but experienced it personally for the first time. Had ordered a Tagg Verve smartwatch in Amazon big Diwali sale. For several days they kept silly dallying about the delivery of the product since the sale had got over and the price had been hiked. Finally I received a parcel delivered by a suspicious looking delivery executive who said Amazon had expedited the delivery. Paid the delivery executive who claimed he was Laxman (also took his photo) Rs 1999 through Amazon Pay link. However 2 minutes later, I was in for Rude shock when I saw toys in the parcel instead of the Tagg verve watch I had ordered. We chased the delivery boy and clicked his photos with the parcel and also complained to Amazon. Am still waiting for refund to be processed.”

“Its hard to see such a horrible customer service with no coordination or even the ability to solve the issues. I have been after them for the last one month and still dont know to whom I had to chat. There seems to be some bunch of people telling whatever solutions they feel right but sufferings are on to us. The last time they gave me 72 hrs immediate action and update but nothing happened. The guys we chat do not know what exactly the problem and we had to explain again and again, still reaching to zero point. If even though there is enough money in your account they wont let us to use it or refund. Guys all be careful before adding any money to their account.”

“Amazon didn’t posted my review saying it’s not as per guidelines. I complained their CSR called thrice saying I ordered a product 2 in quantity and received 1 and this wast first instance. Has happened repeatedly with same brand. No Amazon say this should be reported to the seller. My question is I’m TRUSTING AMAZON. For my money and ordering from Amazon WHY SHOULD I TAKE UP WITH THE SELLER ? Why can’t Amazon take up on their delivery channel.”

Will we ever get this package? Can their delivery agents be trusted? Why do they mark it as delivered before delivery? Amazon.in needs to scan their delivery agents. “Received the defective product, found few white spots on the screen. Requested Amazon for the replacement but they denied and initiated refund because of price were increased of the product while it's available with the same seller as fresh purchase. Looks like Amazon policy is not in favour of customer. Another interesting thing is that price of the same product is different for normal and business users. Its around 10% higher for business user. What kind of great benefits Amazon want to give to their business user?”

“I am very upset on one thing about amazon.....they are sometimes charging extra for next day delivery. Ok for emegency even after paying extra they are not delivering next day. They simply message "we are sorry". “I wanted to surprise my mother with a Mother’s Day gift from Kama Ayurveda and decided to use Amazon for the delivery. This was the worst decision I made, the box was opened when it reached her and the condition of the product was “pathetic” in my mother’s words. What kind of customer service does Amazon provide. I am very disappointed and will post a review wherever possible and not recommend Amazon to anyone. I wasted my money and also this product was not used by my mother as I asked her not to if it was an open product. Thank u AMAZON for the most pathetic service”

“I have bought a fair few things on Amazon over the last four months. Some things have been great and the service has been prompt. I have had a few bad experiences where the product delivered is simply not what was advertised or ordered. And it looks like they turn a blind eye to sellers selling knockoffs of big international brands. I received a Braun charger that is so clearly a knockoff. The seller called me after it was shipped and was reported on the Amazon site as being out for delivery to say they had sent me a black charger but otherwise it was all the same. What I received was a bulky badly made charger that simply does not look like the charger for the epilator I own. It’s not even the same product. I don’t feel like this is an ethical site to shop and will be looking elsewhere in the future for my online shopping needs.”

“I have bought this product refrigerator 192ltr, order no attached . Placed order 6th April expected delivery was 17th April. I have started to follow from 15th with customer care. Today is now 21st order not delivered and customer care is only saying issue escalated no update nothing only say wait 2 business working days, when 2days completed again made call but same answer. These guys haven't any escalation matrix for customers. Where and how or go to legal action last thing I have option.”

“When ever I have placed an order, my order always gets canceled. I have asked for cod, many a times paid online as well, till date I haven’t been able to receive any package from Amazon. The issue is always that my residence doesn’t fall into their service area, but my next door neighbors get their orders on time! It’s a waste of time to shop at Amazon. Bad experience always.”

“I was ordered yesterday godrej professional keracare repair shampoo and mask which was costing me for Rs. 1508. But when the package delivered by the delivery guy that was leaked. And delivery boy said, sir this is not our mistake that was basically a packaging team mistake. So we have returned that package and with in 5 mins we got a call from amazon care they just gave 2 options. if yow denay to to take this package press 1 or if the delivery boy doesn't contact press 2. And we press 1 then they cut the call. I don't know what was happend. Seriouslly bad experience in the begaining of the morning.”
