Worst services guys don't trust this people, Two incident once I purchased juice jar it was not meeting quality parameter so I placed for return no one called nor the order was picked up. Recently I bought a product which was delivered Nov 2 , got delivered with in 2 to 3 days now when I returned because of the small size, we are on 10th still not picked up . My question his when a product can be delivered with 2 to 3 days. Why can't it get picked with same timeline. When called customer care they are saying it will get picked on 12th Nov. Stop trusting this people and look out with other services who are better.

New Type of fraud by Amazon, wrong commitment on mail . Product return on 16th Oct 2022. But return not got . I call on 1-11-2022. and again return initiated by Amazon staff Mr Robin.return should be received till 6th Nov 2022 before 11.59 pm. But still not received. Again I called to customer care they told that refund was not initiated by Amazon. Today your refund stared and you will receive within 3 to 5 working days. Think they people just misguided me since 1 month.

As a Prime customer they gave me pathetic service from Amazon. Fake Estimated date displayed from Amazon app and almost month period to deliver the items. And from the amazon customer executive said that we need to cancel the items and re-order the same items. We all need to repeat the purchase order. Dispointing customer service support from Amazon.

Fellow Indians using Amazon for years may too have realized that its customer support has been rapidly down spiralling in India. Amazon India’s Customer support is becoming more and more agonizing. A company which claims to be Earth’s most customer centric company, now just places the customer in the centre and harasses and abuses them from all directions ! So much so for being Customer Centric now ! From Oct-22 they have disabled replacement/return option as well. You can click on it, go through the usual fill-in of boxes and tick-marks and after submit you shall realize that replacement/return no longer works. Now, it's just a corrupt company with no customer support. They just appreciate your patience & ask you to have some more indefinitely. For the last defective product they delivered, 8 picks were scheduled by Delhivery, 4 times they promised refund if the next pick up fails, talked to 12 of their executives, interacted with 17, twice filed complaints with National Consumer Helpline, and then in Consumer Commission. Amazon India brazenly violates Consumer Protection Act 2019 & Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules 2020 now. Note that 2020 rules make it mandatory for e-marketplace operators to provide for return and refunds.

“Very bad and ridiculous service... Product is not delivery on time in metro city also.. my product suppose to delivered on 21st September after 7 days means it's 28th September still not get my product Try to fool people by commit date.. Customer care support is worst...they have no sense...how to handle complaint..they only send apologies in mail not try to resolve concerns.. tracking information also fake.. always product arriving and left for carrier facility as (attached images)for 4 , 5 days and finally today they cancelled my product delivery“Very bad and ridiculous service...

All the home appliances are refurbished. If you will inspect properly there will some dent and open box inspection is best way to cheat because in a minute you can’t inspect everything and after that there will be no replacement or refund.

No option to give zero and only thus putting 1 star.. the worst customer support ever seen online. Flipkart has much better customer support. The so called customer support team is a bunch of waste hiring. Amazon has shown 1 day delivery and will collect cash from customer and the next day will change the delivery from 1 day to 1 & 1/2 months of fast magic delivery.

The product was sold by TRENDING YOUTH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Neither Amazon nor Noymi nor TRENDING YOUTH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reverts or gives any solution. The Noymi Shaving Machine 3 in 1 | Beard Trimmer | Waterproof | Cordless Razor | Grooming Kit with Hair Clippers | Rechargeable USB Charging (Shaver + Nose Trimmer) is 1. Poor Quality 2. I bought 2 beds from Amazon. 1. Amazon Brand - Solimo Mars Queen Engineered Wood Regular Bed With Storage (Wenge Finish, Brown) (ORDER # 404-5441768-0815552) and 2. V Create Store King Size Engineered Wood Platform Designer LED Fitted Headboard Bed with Side Tables and Storage. (ORDER # 404-1540671-5563566) After delivery of the 2 products I had an horrifying experience with the products as no technician was sent by Amazon for installation after the technician was also appointed. For the Amazon Solimo product after raising several requests and complaints they got back to me by stating the I get it done from a 3rd party installer. The third party installer charged a bomb. Please be careful about buying this product from Amazon. For the V Create Store product they informed me that it's a DIY and In can do the installation at home and then they sent me a video of the installation. In the delivery parcels there were items missing. They said that they will dispatch the items and also requested me to get the installation done by some third party.The third party installer again charged a bomb. Please be careful about buying this product from V Create / Amazon. This is the first time I am facing this type of an issue with Amazon. Now I have decided that I will not buy a product from amazon

Unprofessional staff, thugs, fraud company. My ordered products (for which I made advance payment) were not delivered; instead, a different product was provided; despite several calls/emails (with pictures of what was sent and what was expected), no one on the Amazon team is listening. The customer care team shut the call on my face and didn't let me explain my point. Highly disappointed. I hope my message reaches to the top so that they know what their field teams are doing.

I had placed an order of an air cooler on26th April, thereafter on29th april the delivery agent came at wrong location he was denying for doorstep delivery,so I went that location where he was stood,i request him for door step as the product was very heavy weight,then I called to customer for further support,but they also not able solve the issues as well as not that much supportive. I ordered a monitor, which came late as well as I booked return the item, but no one turn up to take the item, and still I haven't got my refund. when I called Amazon, they told me that they can't give the refund unless the item has to return to their office. last one week I m waiting for them to come and collect. If they didn't take return, is that my problem? how they can hold my refund, becoz they didn't take the item?

Is Amazon officially duping its customers? Had heard stories about customers receiving toys instead of the high end mobiles and electronic gadgets they had ordered from Amazon but experienced it personally for the first time. Had ordered a Tagg Verve smartwatch in Amazon big Diwali sale. For several days they kept silly dallying about the delivery of the product since the sale had got over and the price had been hiked. Finally I received a parcel delivered by a suspicious looking delivery executive who said Amazon had expedited the delivery. Paid the delivery executive who claimed he was Laxman (also took his photo) Rs 1999 through Amazon Pay link. However 2 minutes later, I was in for Rude shock when I saw toys in the parcel instead of the Tagg verve watch I had ordered. We chased the delivery boy and clicked his photos with the parcel and also complained to Amazon. Am still waiting for refund to be processed.

Its hard to see such a horrible customer service with no coordination or even the ability to solve the issues. I have been after them for the last one month and still dont know to whom I had to chat. There seems to be some bunch of people telling whatever solutions they feel right but sufferings are on to us. The last time they gave me 72 hrs immediate action and update but nothing happened. The guys we chat do not know what exactly the problem and we had to explain again and again, still reaching to zero point. If even though there is enough money in your account they wont let us to use it or refund. Guys all be careful before adding any money to their account.

Amazon didn’t posted my review saying it’s not as per guidelines. I complained their CSR called thrice saying I ordered a product 2 in quantity and received 1 and this wast first instance. Has happened repeatedly with same brand. No Amazon say this should be reported to the seller. My question is I’m TRUSTING AMAZON. For my money and ordering from Amazon WHY SHOULD I TAKE UP WITH THE SELLER ? Why can’t Amazon take up on their delivery channel.

A Frustrated Customer
Package shows delivered in their system but we haven’t received it. Tried to contact them but only automated texting available that repeats the same answers over n over. Will we ever get this package? Can their delivery agents be trusted? Why do they mark it as delivered before delivery? Amazon.in needs to scan their delivery agents. Im posting the ph and pin of the agent who is responsible for this. Where is my package?

Received the defective product, found few white spots on the screen. Requested Amazon for the replacement but they denied and initiated refund because of price were increased of the product while it's available with the same seller as fresh purchase. Looks like Amazon policy is not in favour of customer. Another interesting thing is that price of the same product is different for normal and business users. Its around 10% higher for business user. What kind of great benefits Amazon want to give to their business user?

Complete frauds, I ordered an olive oil costing rupees 799 The product was cancelled and conviniently removed off the list, so that I can't make a complaint for my paid product,on finally making so many calls , no refund has been initiated, nor the duffers attending my call did anything , inefficient bunch of indies , robbing their own people!! I am very upset on one thing about amazon.....they are sometimes charging extra for next day delivery. Ok for emegency even after paying extra they are not delivering next day. They simply message "we are sorry". How convinient....ok if you charged me extra for fast deluvery and failed to pay....return my extra money that you charge.....but they dont.....this is "CHEATING"

I wanted to surprise my mother with a Mother’s Day gift from Kama Ayurveda and decided to use Amazon for the delivery. This was the worst decision I made, the box was opened when it reached her and the condition of the product was “pathetic” in my mother’s words. What kind of customer service does Amazon provide. I am very disappointed and will post a review wherever possible and not recommend Amazon to anyone. I wasted my money and also this product was not used by my mother as I asked her not to if it was an open product. Thank u AMAZON for the most pathetic service

I have bought a fair few things on Amazon over the last four months. Some things have been great and the service has been prompt. I have had a few bad experiences where the product delivered is simply not what was advertised or ordered. And it looks like they turn a blind eye to sellers selling knockoffs of big international brands. I received a Braun charger that is so clearly a knockoff. The seller called me after it was shipped and was reported on the Amazon site as being out for delivery to say they had sent me a black charger but otherwise it was all the same. What I received was a bulky badly made charger that simply does not look like the charger for the epilator I own. It’s not even the same product. I don’t feel like this is an ethical site to shop and will be looking elsewhere in the future for my online shopping needs.
