“Very quick delivery,and good price! But order was missing an item and instead of telling me i just got refunded”

“Good company, delivery was a bit slow but that was not AS fault but the courier. Only thing I would say is I feel that the products are a bit overpriced for the majority of things!”

“I am very happy about the customer service. My complaint ran quickly and easily. A better packaging would be advantageous. Better packaging material, better filling material and adapted cardboard box sizes are desirable. Then there would not be these complaints with crushed packaging and goods. I hope to be able to give 5 stars after my next order.”

“The ordered items are top quality, the customer care friendly and the shipping time was good. 4 stars because it needed 2 attempts at shipment (just short of arriving something broke inside the package and got returned from DHL-Depot)”

“It was quick and easy to order, the only problem was in my actual delivery there was a missing item because they had apparently sold out but it didn't say so and I was still charged, but got my refund after a few days”

“THE PACKS OF MUFFIN MIX ALL OK.......tried out one or two, quick and easy to make but results a bit bland, need extra spices to tempt further purchases. Pizza flavoured crisps, tase OK but very few survived in one piece, mostly just a collection of pizza flavoured pieces.”

“purchased my favorite "kellogg's froot loops" from the US. The EU version just doesn't taste that good. Price was quite steep, but reckon this is what you pay for imported stuff. Shipping to Germany has taken 3 - 4 days. I think though that they have dispatched it on the same day of purchase, so it was really the shipping which has taken so long. All in all it was a good experience. The froot loops are also not close to expiry (due to expire end of 2017), which is normally a big problem with imported food.”

“All the sweets are nice, the only problem was I thought the box was a little bigger but other than that it was great and I have recommended to one of my friends who is desperate for some American sweets”
