“American Soda, mostly, makes me happy. The manage to carry many American brands that I absolutely love, with is a massive plus in my books. I get a bit disappointed when they are out of items that I really enjoy, but I know they try to keep stock supplies up. They are friendly to talk to and will do things for customers to ensure good customer service.”

“Ordering my product was very quick and easy, especially considering I live in Canada and was ordering a gift to be delivered in the Netherlands. When my order was shipped I received tracking information for UPS but when I tried to track my order there was no record of it with UPS. Customer service was very helpful and clarified that my package was ACTUALLY sent through Hermes and provided me with the updated tracking information. Unfortunately my order was significantly delayed and there was no update on my package for at least 6 days. While customer service at American Soda was great with helping me find out what happened to my order I was very disappointed with the delay as it was meant to be a birthday gift which didn't end up arriving on time. This was extremely frustrating because I was only provided with one option for delivery outside of the UK. I would have preferred to have more than one option for delivery outside of the UK as I would have been willing to spend the extra $$ to rush the order as opposed to the standard 3-5 business days. While I recommend ordering products with American Soda I suggest to give yourself a bit of time in case there are delays.”

“Very happy with the Root Beer that I ordered or should I say my boys were! Very prompt delivery. However I can't give it 5 stars as it's soooo expensive! I ordered some Root Beer as I was given so much off my order and I don't think I'll be ordering any more...which is a shame as my boys love it.”

“I purchased some sweets for my daughter-in-law who recently gave birth. She was happy with her treats so therefore, I was happy too. The order did take longer than I had anticipated to arrive and it did not say on the parcel where it had come from. I had told them previously to expect something but otherwise they did wonder where it had come from.”

“Overall I am happy with the service. Only one little comment is you advertised a large pack of Twizzlers. But when I got them they were not a large packet. Not what I expected. Maybe what I think is large is not what you consider to be large.”

“I have been shopping here for a little while but my orders tend to be big and I love the different cereals they do because you can get so fed up with what we have over here. My grandchildren love them, the only thing stopping me from giving the full 5 stars is that there seem to be some things that are permanently out of stock so you don't really have a full choice of what they could have. Our favourite is Cinnabon cereal but its very hard to get. But I have to say the staff I have spoken with are really nice and very helpful. I give them 10/10 the ones I spoke with anyway. Thanks for your help and the emails informing me that there are good things going on.”

“ON THIS particular order, i was not overly satisfied. The Cracker Jacks were stale, but gave them to a young friend who wont know the difference. Other items were great apart from one jar of Miracle Whip which was damaged. I took photos and sent with email and immediately received reply and refund notice for my purchase. As a whole I have been satisfied with American Soda...things will always happen which are beyond our control, so I will not bash them.”
