“The products were fantastic but one negative was when they arrived most of boxes inside parcel were badly damaged. Some of it was gifts so wasn't happy.”

Their chosen courier - UKMail however, as terrible. Had to chase UKMail as my package was "delayed", even though the extra option of next day had been paid for - missing a 14 year old's birthday party (first world problem I know, but his eyes lit up when the items did eventually arrive, would have been even better at his party). If I can make any suggestion, it would be for AmericanSoda to dump UKMail, opting for a more reliable courier partner, DPD comes to mind.”
