“Everyone in costumer service was lovely and tried to help me out so my issues more came with the courier service. They have yet been able to get me my delivery after a week of trying. I was told that it would be delivered yesterday and so I waited around all day for them to show and the never did. I needed the food I ordered for yesterday night so now it has just been a waste of money.”

“I Got a wrong delivery. I recived 3 packets i my order instead of the 4 I have orderd. One of the packets was wrong. I have now been mailing with the Company several times, but the problem is not sorted out yet.”

“I've ordered from this website quite a few times and I've always been satisfied with the service and delivery but in this order my Crunch n Munch was all melted and soft which was very disappointing as it was the only box I bought but despite this I will order from this site again...”

“Delivered broken and sweets had leaked or gone off due to air contact. when tried to email after directly copying email off website it bounced back because the email was wrong so couldnt even complain.”

“My daughter had bought some sweets back from the USA and when she went to eat them they were out of date. I said I would buy her some for Christmas. She said they would be too expensive as they were American sweets so I looked online, found your site, and was pleasantly surprised to see the sweets were affordable, so I have purchased some and they will no doubt be a nice surprise when they arrive.”

“Made my kids happy, wanted to try Cheetos and cinnamon Dentyne after we were chatting about things people enjoyed as kids.We couldn't find anywhere that sold. Found American Soda by googling and they arrived quickly,reasonable price for treats. Great service, saw lots of goodies from childhood. Well worth a look and great customer service.????”
