Weeks of waiting hopefully for this Christmas gift, multiple emails and a telephone call for nothing. Given refund (Jan 4th) but feel as a Customer I am not very important to them. “2 Boxes of cereal crushed when they arrived when i opened the box the bags had popped aswell. Emailed and they asked for a picture they were long gone in the bin by then. Wont be ordering again il find somewhere else.”
