My order arrived too late (after estimated delivery date) so I could not use the dresses. You cannot return online orders to the store so you must pay $20 in Shipping and restocking fees.

I ordered item for a special dated occasion. American threads mailed it to an incorrect address. It took me a week or more to reach customer service to resolve issue.

I purchased this dress for my graduation and was so excited to wear it. The delivery ended up getting delayed a few days, which wasn’t an issue until the dress came ripped in 3 different places. By the time I got the dress in the mail, I did not have time to return it or exchange it because my graduation was 3 days away. I had to sew the dress back together in order to wear it. I have reached out to customer service regarding this issue and haven’t heard back. Please be cautious when buying from this brand!!!

Very deceptive return policy. They will charge you twice for a return. They have an e-commerce return policy where they charge you $8.95 flat fee but if you scroll further, they charge you an additional $8.00 dollars, oh and did I mention the $2 restocking fee. Wow! There are so many other great options for online shopping. Find one that gives you better flexibility in your shopping experience… I will!

I bought this dress for my engagement photos and was so excited to wear it, first off the color looks nothing like it does in the picture it’s way more yellow than cream. Second, I followed all care instructions on this dress and go to wear it on the day of our photos and the whole side of the dress has a huge tear in it. I reached out to the company 3 times and received nothing back from them. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Don’t buy from here.

I purchased 2 dresses on a monday morning and paid $18 for 1-3 day shipping. The dresses didnt arrive till Saturday night! Obvioulsy they didnt come in time for my even, I sent three emails to Amercian Threads with no resposnse. The dresses were good quailty but sadly the American Threads is unrelable with both shipping and reposonding to emails

When purchased online I was not advised of refund policy. When dress was received, it was not desired and returned promptly. The packaging slip indicated that it would be for a credit only - I would have expected a full refund back to the form of purchase given the price point spent.

Dress was ok. Not thick material. But did not work for my daughter. The day it came in I started a return and American Thread said it was not eligible. Looking at the order it says it is. I have contacted them multiple times and gotten no response. Would not recommend ordering from.

My package with 2 dresses never arrived Ordered on AUgust 17th, it is now September 9th. I have emailed the company 3 times. Only heard from them after the first time and they told me to contact the post office which I did. Post office opened a study. Only covers $100. I ordered $160 worth of merchandise. This company does not stand behind their customers. very disappointed with the customer service and no phone number to found. only an automated email system. very dilsappointed

It's horrible that you can only contact American Threads through email. Terrible customer service!! Unfortunately, they won't cover the return shipping, even though their size charts are wrong. The only reason we are re-ordering with them is because my daughter loves the dress for homecoming.

I have to say that we had a birthday coupon and they would not honor it in the store. Then when we went to buy it online they still would not honor the coupon. Your stuff is cute but why give out perks when they are impossible to use. No thank you. That is NOT customer service

Dress was nice good quality but I needed to return it and I am still waiting for a refund. I will not order from this company again because they do not have a phone number and communication is extremely poor

To start, I rarly ever write reviews. Maybe three in my lifetime. I paid $18 for expedited shipping. I should have received my item 3 days after purchasing, but it was lost in the mail which is no ones fault, BUT I emailed American Threads SIX times asking for them to resend my item. I needed it for family pictures and I received ZERO responses to my email. There is no phone number so I couldn't call anyone at American Threads. I rescheduled our family pictures and I am hoping the dress will miraculously show up within the next couple of days. I would appreciate it if American Threads could resend my item and reimburse me for my cost of expedited shipping.

For my first experience I was not pleased with the quality of the dress. Shipping came in quickly but was very disappointed that picture does not look like it in person.
