I am NOT HAPPY!! I received message regarding a change in shipping method. When I inquired what the change was, and what was being done to fix it, I did not get an answer. Where is my order??? When can I expect my order to be delivered?? I am really anixous.....

AmmoBoard are Criminals! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I bought 1000 rds of 38 spec & recieved 1/2 my order. Tried to dispute my order with credit card company, and pay for what I received. Received a personal phone call from the owner David who thew his employees under the bus, "because we have new people & are 'so busy'..." Then, "we are so sorry, we want to keep your business".... Well they disputed charges & because UPS delivered with NO signatures required [but delivered only 1 of 2 boxes] I was SCREWED. AMMOBOARD SUCKS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! SORRY I CAN'T LEAVE 0/5 STARS

A moderate 25%-30% price increase is expected during these COVID-19 times, but you fuckers are blatantly engaging in price gouging when you charge $0.90 a round for 9mm ball ammo. Shame on you Dick-Heads.

I ORDERED AMMO ON THE 7TH YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND STILL NO AMMO this is the 17th you said it was sent on the 11th but I check it was not even delivered to the shier just a printed label

I've called like 5 times and only get a voicemail, with no call back to boot. Then I've emailed like 3-4 times with just 1 returned, ending up in my Spam folder. I'm guessing they've been marketing too much via email and are marked as auto spam. I then put that email in my inbox and responded, again, no reply, no answering of the phone, nada.

I ordered and paid more than $1800 for 1000 rounds on March 24. Since then I have written many times for an update and they refuse to answer phones, messages, or emails. AVOID this seller. Ammo.com is so much more reliable and responsive.

Easy place to order but It is kind of hard to review something I did not get yet. Ordered 8/15 today 8/25 still waiting for fufillment/shipping. I understand things are delayed but the email for review came first

Well I haven't received my order. I called to cancel my order, no answer but instantly received an email stating that they would try to cancel order but no guarantees. Have tried customer service number couple time no answer. Poor service to be had here

Ordered a case, but was sent a box. Took over a week to resolve with manager. They get back to you quick, but the manager has to personally review it and it seems as if they have a lot of issues if it takes the manager that long to verify one problem with photo evidence.

I did not have the option to buy 500rds, only 1000rds 38 spl. I received 500rds from FedEx. Called AmmoBoard for 2days Re: issue, left message. NO RESPONSE. I called my credit card co. and disputed 1/2 the bill. Later receive calls/emails from owner. Returned his call, questioning why I disputed the sale(total). Clarified situation of received 1/2 order/paid for 1/2 order. His excuse was we were very busy during to Covid 19, hired new employees & their fault. Threw the employees under the bus. Did not offer any compensation. Just sorry & want your business in the future. But was now supposed to be taken care of..... Well, not yet. For the next 2 days received calls from AmmoBoard representatives wanting me to pay for my order. Tried to return call....AGAIN, getting the voice mail! UGGHH!!! Finally at least no more calls of pay your bill. So 2/5 stars is generous, just because I got 500rds that I wanted. Performance & customer service 1/5...Even the owner did not take responsibility, and offer something to earn my business for their error...Maybe learn something from the Disney business model.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 1200 rounds of 9mm from them and only received 200. I lost so much money basically paid $1 a round of range ammo. I contacted them about it and they said they would look into it and I haven’t heard from them since.

I ordered range friendly Tula 223 ammo, and received steel ammo. I had to call a few times and emailed a few times, before getting a call back. Then Dawn proceeds to suggest I ordered wrong.....I did not. My receipt and the packing list both state range friendly. After sending necessary photos, I was told by Dawn that it will be 3-5 days before I hear anything. I will be declining this purchase with my VISA company. Ammo Board can drive their butts out here to Oregon to pick up this wrong order. I have to cancel my range time because someone screwed this up. Thanks a bunch.
