Ordered it on 9/1/22 still have not received the ammo your free shipping really sucks I could have ordered it from another company with free shipping and I would have it by now thought I give your company a try will not make that mistake again will not order again from you

purchased 1000rds of what i assumed was the red army ammo only to find its made buy tulammo. same ammo tulammo makes but at a higher cost. did not do my research. delivery was great.

Still waiting on order......ten days with nothing. Could of drove there from Idaho and picked it up faster. Sought out other ammo for the Western Zone. Jeff

Never got a confirmation or delivery email sand bought 1000 of advertised 7.62x39 polyperformace and was sent regular steel performance.

I accidentally ordered the wrong ammo and made numerous attempts to send it back with no one ever reaching back out. There customer service is horrible I made 4 phone calls and 3 emails and 3 different messages with no HELP yet..

Easy place to order but It is kind of hard to review something I did not get yet. Ordered 8/15 today 8/25 still waiting for fufillment/shipping. I understand things are delayed but the email for review came first

Its been 10 days and my ammo hasn't shipped yet. I did reach out and Received a prompt reply that it should ship today, and to let them know if it doesn't.

I did not have the option to buy 500rds, only 1000rds 38 spl. I received 500rds from FedEx. Called AmmoBoard for 2days Re: issue, left message. NO RESPONSE. I called my credit card co. and disputed 1/2 the bill. Later receive calls/emails from owner. Returned his call, questioning why I disputed the sale(total). Clarified situation of received 1/2 order/paid for 1/2 order. His excuse was we were very busy during to Covid 19, hired new employees & their fault. Threw the employees under the bus. Did not offer any compensation. Just sorry & want your business in the future. But was now supposed to be taken care of..... Well, not yet. For the next 2 days received calls from AmmoBoard representatives wanting me to pay for my order. Tried to return call....AGAIN, getting the voice mail! UGGHH!!! Finally at least no more calls of pay your bill. So 2/5 stars is generous, just because I got 500rds that I wanted. Performance & customer service 1/5...Even the owner did not take responsibility, and offer something to earn my business for their error...Maybe learn something from the Disney business model.

The fact that NO phone access was available was very disturbing. It was very difficult to make contact with phone lines or email.Did however receive requested ammo after a period of time. It would be comforting to know when/if products would be shipped. I seldom issue negative reviews.

Communication was very poor. I called with no response, two emails with no response and finally the last email I just some action.

Price was decent put the condition of the of the box and ammo was poor. It looked as if the inner box was poked with a fork lift. Two boxes of ammo were damaged.

It's difficult to review a product when it was never recieved in the first place. Ammo Board needs to keep better inventory records and control of how many orders of an item they sell. If a company only has 100 of an item they should only sell 100. They should NOT sell more than 100 and then be forced to tell a customer a couple days later that they don't have the item in stock despite having an order already placed. Overall I am extremely hesitant to use Ammo Board again and would absolutely not recommend it until I knew they had fixed this problem.
