“I am really puzzled at the bad reviews A.N.D have received. Having used A.N.D over 30 years ago… I contacted them about a broken Miele washing machine. They sent an engineer the next day who unfortunately couldn’t fix the problem although he had been a registered Miele engineer. We had no option but to buy a new machine. One slight problem, the washing machine and tumble dryer were stacked and different makes. The engineer said that this would be ok as most machines are universal. I did though, have a problem trying to get through to them on the phone so I emailed them and they got back to me straight away. Whilst I was hanging on the phone, for quite some time, I read the reviews and was worried about if and when the machine would arrive and be installed. A.N.D ordered the new machine and a week later it arrived. They booked me in for installation the next day, today. I was telephoned yesterday to say that two engineers would be here today between 7.00am and 9.00am. Mo and Bobby duly turned up at 7.10 were very efficient in removing the old washing machine, installing the new one and putting back the tumble dryer. Two very nice guys who were friendly, efficient, knew what they were doing and were finished by 8.20. I had no problem with the young ladies in the office who were very pleasant and efficient so I was quite surprised by not getting through on the phone. They always came back and answered my emails. As I said I was quite worried having read the bad reviews they have received but as I now have a new washing machine up and running I shouldn’t need their services for a long time however I would have no hesitation in using them again.”

“Credit where credit is due. Booked a repair to our Rangemaster via Rangemaster. Have to say, almost impossible to talk or communicate with A N D but, they turned up on the day, within the time slot and replacement part sorted in about 40 minutes. Warranty repair.”
