In discussion, merely asked for starting price for aluminium door to be able to then compare prices with composite door and was told had to sit through sales presentation first and asked what our budget was. No interest in customer care, all about sales pitch. We shouldn't have to disclose our budget. They salesman wouldn't let me finish talking and hung up on us. Very rude. Was also going to ask about garage door too but they were more concerned about their own agenda.”
“Sales rep was only concerned with making the sale and little interest in explaining the product. Price was substantially higher than other quotes from trusted companies. On follow up call I advised we would not be making a purchase with them and rep rudely hung up. Confirmation of zero interest in customer satisfaction.”

“I have a totally unusable door, fitted four years ago, still under guarantee - it is impossible to reach Anglian by phone, you have to fill in an online form with your problem, a week later not even a courtesy call. This was an expensive item and it is now not fit for purpose. Never again will I recommend Anglian.”

“Absolutely appalling service, just had all my windows and door finally remade and refitted more than a year after original installation and there are still problems with it, emails are ignored, managers are rude, evasive and dismissive, appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, installers left mess and damage, chemicals and tools were left in child's bedrooms - it goes on and on. The installers are paid around £50 per window irrespective of size so work it out and you will see why the fitting is so fast and shabby. I regret using this company every day. They will have a sales guy round in 24 hours and take your money even quicker but you try getting them to clear their mess up and you won't see them for months. If you do decide to use them, check your installation really thoroughly, put a spirit level on every window, check every joint. I guarantee you will find a problem.”
