After looking at 3 different companies, all very similar in price, I chose Animed Direct soley on the fact that I could pay for "express delivery" & have the medication and also vet grade specialist tinned food because he will only eat this at the moment because he's so unwell, to be delivered on the Thurs when I ordered on the Tues.

I ordered vetoryl for my dog jenks on a live subscription and express delivery and they took 10 days and left my dog with no medication when I rung to complain they hung up on me for being annoyed and haven't yet reimbursed me for having to buy my dogs meds over the counter at my vets, Anna the woman I spoke to was completely unsympathetic

Placed order with valid Prescription uploaded, meeting all new criteria over a week ago and status is still ‘validating’ Prescription, sent email, no reply. Tried ringing multiple times trying all automated options, when put through to an advisor told they are too busy and ring back later - goodbye!
Don’t know what’s happened to Animed, seems to have gone really down hill so have cancelled order, now waiting for refund, which they debited my account the instant order was made!
Gone elsewhere and will not be returning!

I have never had a problem with this company. I do not order mediation for my dog but do order prescription diet. Delivery is usually on time, sometimes only taking 24hrs to deliver even though I chose free 2-4 days delivery. One order was badly damaged on arrival, phone customer service who were great and offered refund or replacement. I've used Animed Direct for years and will continue to use them
