“ Now I have received an email from them today, cancelling my order and to try again next week!! I now have to buy the medication at twice the price from my vet as I have run out. ”

Tried ringing multiple times trying all automated options, when put through to an advisor told they are too busy and ring back later - goodbye! Don’t know what’s happened to Animed, seems to have gone really down hill so have cancelled order, now waiting for refund, which they debited my account the instant order was made! Gone elsewhere and will not be returning! ”

“ I have never had a problem with this company. I do not order mediation for my dog but do order prescription diet. Delivery is usually on time, sometimes only taking 24hrs to deliver even though I chose free 2-4 days delivery. One order was badly damaged on arrival, phone customer service who were great and offered refund or replacement. I've used Animed Direct for years and will continue to use them ”
